I can't get refund & no customer service
I can't contact the teacher first to ask his availability before I pay anything, forcing me to pay first, only to be rejected by the teacher. Then I cannot get the refund. A perfect SCAM!!

As a teacher I found super prof very helpful
As a teacher, I have been working with super prof for seven years, and 31 students found me via super prof
Recently I added a few more platforms in order to get some extra students. They all demand that payment goes via them and they take up to 20% of the student fee. Which quickly amounts to quite a bitmore than the €39 day super prof charges for their services.
Also I found the super prof website more user-friendly and transparent than the other find-a-teacher websites. Having to book all the lessons in their agenda and of course, my own also to keep track of my time is quite cumbersome.
