Think communication from supero could be better....as my product had a road trip around the upper north island before its arrival on my doorstep.

Prices are good but you need to be patient, add at least a week to the mentioned delivery times. Communication could be better. Overall if you want something for a good price and you don't want it straight away it's ok.

Slight delay with initial shipping notification which went to text rather than email but otherwise great service.

I wanted a super wide angle RF zoom and decided on the 14-35mm. If I bought it here in NZ it would cost me over $3,500, but with Supero I got it for about $2,300 along with their 3-year warranty.
The order was easy to place and was processed promptly, with tracking so I knew when to expect it.

I bought a Sony A7IV in August 2022 from Supero and it got a level gauge issue in April 2023, I contacted them for repair, they said that they would check with their 3rd party warranty and get back to me but nothing happened after one month. Very dodgy, don't recommend it at all.

The order has arrived fine, it just took longer than advertised at the time of purchase. I had to nudge twice during the process. The prices are great. My mobile phone was sold to New Zealand and on the packaging there's a note that points out that it is only for sale and warranty in mainland China... 🤔 So let's hope that nothing goes wrong with it....😕
