Worst experience in the Hot Tub this company sells hot tubs though Cosco and the description of the hot tubs they are selling are very misleading using words like platinum in the description Iv had a hot tub in an other property before from Hot Springs that was amazing experience superior are selling under powered hot tubs un less you can see any tubs in the flesh and you can see all the seats working at the same time especially from this company your going to have a problem im getting told that the platinum hub tub is a entry-level tub so this company will use words in the description
To make you think you are getting a better product than you are so buyers please be aware of this company go to a recommended Company don’t be mislead like I have

Great communication from the delivery team from placing of order, on day of delivery, the two delivery team members walked through the siting and installation of our hot tub. A few logistical issues but a great can-do attitude, and our tub was in. The delivery team communicated well after siting and whilst filling was taking place instructed on the use/dosing and day to day care of our new hot tub.

we purchased a hot tub from Living Outdoors who are partners of Superior Wellness, the lid was faulty, Jamie came out the very next day and fitted a brand new one, everything about Jamie was first class, could not fault him in any way, Jamie is a credit to this company, he showed my wife how everything worked, gave advice on the hot tub and advice on the chemicals to use, thank you Jamie

I bought a Spa through Costco. Very good price. Minor issue with the Spa, they replied via email straight away, attended within a couple of working days and Josh the engineer attended. He couldn't do enough for me and provided some good advise fixing the problem. Great service. Would highly recommend.

I wont bore you with all the details but IMHO the true test of a company is how they deal with problems. As of today, we have an amazing hot tub, which works perfectly.

Avoid this company we purchased a new hot tub within 2 years blistering and de laminating only to be told that it is not covered by warranty.

Purchased from Costco. Save your money and purchase your spa elsewhere. I can’t warn you enough to stay away.

Bought a hottub from this company just under 2 years ago. They where called 'Superior Spas' at the time and now have changed name

The spa has developed a leak from the shell and even tough it is under warranty, they are refusing to take ownership of the issue and rectify.
