I do not understand these high reviews.
We booked through Travel Zoo. After we paid, we were conned into a different hotel.
When we checked, this hotel was £30 per night cheaper. They were extremely rude and aggressive when we queried it. They said the original hotel was no longer available. They didn’t honour the Travel Zoo standard room but said we had to pay for upgrade. This company is nothing but a hard up-sell company.
3 weeks later we have had no confirmation that our booking even exists.
Do not book with this company.

Company answered the phone call quickly. Passed to Eva who was very patient with all my questions re booking seats so my Husband & I can guarantee travelling together. Eva was very thorough double checking details. The lack of a star is down to the fact I struggled a bit with the accent.

I was a little confused on my initial call to Super Escapes to book a holiday but after speaking with Neil Woodcraft from customer services it really put my mind at rest. Neil was most helpful & E-mailed me all of the details & holiday vouchers I need for my trip.
Keep up the good work Neil & thanks again.

I booked my holiday with Superescapes through Travelzoo. There were two passengers, but the agent entered the wrong date of birth for the second passenger. I noticed this as soon as I received the documents and reported it immediately.

I had to call four times, speaking to a different person each time. Although I was repeatedly assured that the issue would be resolved, nothing was done.

Finally, I spoke to a lady named Linda, who promptly corrected the mistake and sent me the updated documents.

Neil was extremely helpful and proactive with a question I had over my booking.

Milo Griffin is an excellent travel agent who tried his best to resolve my issue and acknowledged that feedback will be taken back to the team regarding luggage expectations. Thanks again Milo.

Booked a break to Prague, was conned into booking a DeLuxe room upgrade, £200 for three nights, paid in good faith. But on arrival given Standard Room. Hotel not informed about upgrade. Contacted Super Escapes. And try to fob off with loads ridiculous excuses, when I said want the £200 refunded. They are fraudulent con artists. Based in India, says it all. Steer well clear. Plus location not what they said. Also transfer wasn’t there when we arrived, called them, and said not their problem. So we had to pay for a taxi. Read reviews. Not good.
