I have been waiting 7 weeks for my order of shower trays, website states 2-3 weeks for delivery, failed promises. Emails after emails Chasing for delivery date. Disgrace of a company. Also placed other orders, may have to wait a year before I receive them too.

We ordered a Grohe shower from Superbath and, compared with other online bathroom stores, was extremely competitively priced. The quality of the shower is fabulous and it arrived very well packaged. Wouldn't hesitate in using this company again.

Stay away from this company. I placed a 15k order and 1 x toilet seat was missing. They never responded back to me. After a number of emails I finally got a reply and they said we sent it if you didn’t receive it basically it’s your problem. They rubbed their hands with the order. On top of all that they delivered my order 4 weeks late.

I will never use them again stay away from this company. Not helpful at all.

Excellent product range at best prices. easy to use website, a couple of enquiries made prior to placing the order, were answered immediately.
Ordering process very simple and quick, with no surprises as you get to checkout. Overall a very professional company to deal with.

Easy website to navigate and prices have some good discounts. The goods arrived in perfect condition and well packaged.
However, pricing structure is a bit strange whereby a Hansgrohe thermostatic shower complete with hose kit is cheaper than the thermostatic shower alone. Also £19.99 shipping cost on even the smallest item is a bit steep.

Found the item I’ve been looking for on this site at a great price despite delivery to Northern Ireland coming in at £25. Still made it cheaper than comparitive sites.

Firstly it took much longer than it said when I ordered for my items to arrive.

When the items did arrive it turns out that for one item, I’d ordered the glass part of a shelf and not the entire shelf. My error but if you look at the image that sells the item, it does look like the full shelf!

Main issue though is that even if you return something they charge you for actually returning - £15. Even within 14 days. That is in top of me posting it back. Clearly different way of operating to the UK.

I never do reviews but I wish I’d read some of the negative reviews in hindsight because I found their customer service dire….so here’s my first review!

I contacted Superbath initially to double check product was in stock - which was confirmed.

Placed order, received email confirmation and then a few days later shipment tracking details and received following week.

Superb, would use again

Easy to find product on Website and very reasonably priced.
Lots of choice and excellent range to choose from.
Great communication.

Absolutely shocking company waited months for the bath to arrive upon arrival followed there policy and refused the pallet as the bath was damaged and all they have done for weeks is try and pass the buck onto the courier and refused to give me any update for week it’s only that I continually emailed they responded saying they would refund after a month of waiting didn’t want a refund wanted a replacement yet they didn’t even offer that do not use this company

After the company’s response to review please note that this was not the case and that they passed the buck onto the carrier when they should have sent a replacement or refunded immediately when the damage was found and sent to them

These are based in Germany and the prices are for genuine parts at lower prices than U.K. Price includes postage to U.K. and any border fees. Had a delay in getting part due to covid in warehouse but was responded to immediately and within 2 days the item was dispatched. I waited about 10 days before chasing only because I knew beforehand that the item was coming from Germany. If you don’t need anything too urgently I would recommend using this company especially if the price is significantly lower.

TERRIBLE! Order placed 09/10/2022, as at 25/10/2022 still no communication from Superbath.
No customer contact number to call.
Trying to cancel and chase refund of £175.25.

Mathis answered very fast and solved my issue with GLS within a day. Would definitely recommend it.

I was somewhat sceptical in ordering having read some of the previous feedback but had exhausted all large UK suppliers for a Grohe shower controller. They all stated that they could not source the part or even offer an alternative. How wrong could I have been to be worried. The item was sourced and delivered within the 3 weeks that they stated upfront. Absolutely nothing but good words for them.

Avoid this by all means.
Says on the website delivery in 2-3 days.
Actually they order the part from China, and it s being sent to me, coming round on the Earth for cheap transport, they state that the warehouse staff has covid and they couldn’t dispatch.
But The main delay it s from China delivery.
Avoid. They don t hold stock, they sell like amazon platform.
