If you're in the market for high end bathroom taps... you will have come across superbath as they are for 90% of products I needed the cheapest and so I took the plunge and ordered all the Axor products from them.
I was initially worried after reading some reviews and after 3 weeks nothing turned up but about 4 weeks (about 1 week later than estimated) I got a shipping email and a few days later everything turned up as expected. I ordered the large items(bath) from local store for slightly more but they will store it until fitters turn up.
In short, great price, resonable service and yes, they missed the estimated delivery times but so did everyone else I ordered from so I think thats a supplier global issue.
Will be back whe do next bathroom.

The website is clear and easy to navigate. I particularly liked how you suggested the correct additional items I needed for my order.

Ordered a Villeroy + Boch soft close seat for Subway 2 toilet. Item arrived in good time but enclosed fittings did not fit my Subway 2 toilet. Contacted customer care as per instructions. Despite their claim "Anything wrong with your order? Then let us know within 3 days, and we'll take care of it! the response was sorry that you ordered the wrong product you can send it back for £15 as long as the packaging is not damaged. How do you remove shrink wrap without damaging it? How do you check fixings without opening the plastic bag? so it was not returnable. All it needed was a different fixing kit, I even told them which kit it was!
The attitude was decidedly 'We've got you money, tough, now go away.

Quick reply to email questions and competitive prices. Wouldn’t take my card payment for some reason so paid by PayPal which seemed to work. Will see how we get on with delivery!

We ordered some Geberit UP 320 frames for 3 wall hung toilets from superbath as they had the best price on the internet. After ordering I looked at the views and had a moment of panic thinking we'd never get our goods, that we'd end up paying customs duties as they were shipped from Germany and basically was very stressed about the whole thing - especially when they hadn't arrived 6 days after ordering and the tracking information hadn't been updated for a few days. I called the company and it took me ages to get through and they advised to call them again if they hadn't arrived in another few days. Oh Ooooh. The next day there was notification that they were going to be delivered to the house - I don't know why the tracking information didn't update between Germany and here. Unfortunately they were unable to deliver them to us because our road was unexpectedly closed. I arranged with parcel force to collect them from the nearby depot but in the meantime, which is what has led to the 5 star review, superbath called to say that they had been notified that there was a problem with delivery and they wanted to double check the address. I was really impressed by this. We have yet to open the parcels (plumber is coming this week to fit them) so hopefully all is ok inside - I'll update this review if there isn't. Based on my experience I would definitely order from superbath again. My main stress with the transaction was the difficulty in getting through to them when I was worried that we hadn't received them.

Lots of emails back n forth. Took 2 payments from my account and just keep telling me I'm in their queue to return the money fraudulently removed from my account. This has been the most painful experience ever for a very simple purchase. I couldn't recommend my worse enemy to use this thieving company.

Super professional the item was delivered after a week from the order

Unfortunately I ordered the wrong product, but Aurelie was super helpful in helping me return it and getting me my money refunded. Top service, shame about the restocking fee that was taken off my refund, but it was my fault for not paying attention - would recommend SuperBath.

Although the website itself is clunky and unreliable (it crashed during a transaction yet charged me twice for the item), the customer service is just fantastic. They responded quickly, pleasantly and efficiently, putting right the double charge. They later facilitated a last minute change of delivery address without hesitation after the courier had picked up the item. Great service and reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

This is the second time we have used this company. Taps came from Germany - but made in Telford (!) No problems with delivery. Nothing extra to pay post Brexit. Everything good
