People beware! This is a thief and a fraud! He sells damaged phones!

Do not buy from these crooks.
Everything about there phones are fake. Screens, batteries, chargers all fake. It's unbelievable EBAY allow them to sell on there platform. EBAY should also be held responsible as they continue to let these crools, con people for fake mobile phones. Be warned. Stay away from buying from them.

This is a follow up on my previous review.
After they refused to communicate with me further, I took them to the small claims court, they did not contest the claim, which resulting in me obtaining judgment and they receiving a CCJ. I am now in the process of instructing bailiffs.
It is very very easy to issue a claim in the small court. It costs £35 which you get back if you win. If you are not a company and you are suing a company, and it goes to court, the court normally used will be one near you. For items between 1 month and 6 months old, it is for the seller to prove the fault was not there when purchased, you do not have to prove it was. They can not say as the item was working when you received it, this is that prove. If it was so, no one could ever bring a case.
I did contact the local trading office about them demanding I pay the postage to return a faulty item., they said it was a civil matter. I also contacted Ebay about them having a seller with a CCJ on their books. They said any action they take against them would be private.

I purchased a "new" P30 phone from this seller, but it quickly became faulty with no apparent reason. During calls, there's unbearable crackling noise, making it impossible to hear anything, whether using the speaker or earphones. Internet calling apps work fine, but the phone itself is clearly defective.

When I reported the issue, I was instructed to include a prepaid return label for them to send the phone back after repairs. This cost me an additional £18.70, which I believe is unfair and possibly illegal under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. A seller should not make a customer pay to fix a product sold as "new."

Communication with them is suspicious, and they seem uninterested in resolving issues. I wish I had read reviews before buying, as I now suspect their feedback on eBay is fake. Avoid this seller at all costs!

I wish, I had read the reviews on here before buying a “new iPhone” with “guaranteed money back” option.Too good to be true. The communication was suspicious and when I received the item it was faulty so I sent it back straight away. They took 43% off my purchase price calming it was badly scratched. It looks like that’s the modus operandi. If this helps anyone else from getting scammed then it was worth it. Avoid this seller. The 99.9% positive reviews must be fake.

Ordered a P30 Pro, advertised as new, it certainly looked new all the original packaging was present & intact. I did however notice some very tiny marks to the rear of the phone, not really noticeable but they were there.

I used the phone for a couple of days, the phone seemed fine BUT when the phone was charging the touch screen was unresponsive, I contacted seller & emailed over a video as requested. I decided for almost £220 this was not acceptable, so I advised I would pursue a return for a refund. Seller wanted me to open a case & claim "item didn't fit" which I politely refused to do & stated the item was faulty.

I also noticed the charger got extremely hot, battery life was poor.

Seller issued a refund & tried to keep 15% \ £32 for the faulty phone. Escalated to ebay.

I'd avoid this seller if I was you.

Sold me fake apple Earpods as genuine. not responding to emails.

Placed an order but have not received it. They are ignoring my emails.

RECEIVED THE ITEM FROM ONBUY.COM BUT WAS NOT ACCORDING TO DESCRIPTION, SELLER STATES IN WRITING TO RETURN IT FOR A FULL REFUND, I RETURN THE ITEM WITH TRACKING DELIVERY FROM MY OWN COSTS, AND THEY NEVER REFUNDED. I BEEN CHASING THEM FOR THIS FOR 2 MONTHS AND THEY COMPLETELY IGNORE ME. SAVE YOURSELF A HASSLE AND MONEY AND BUY ELSEWHERE.
