Harnesses
Bought the leather harnesses and love them. They are a bit tricky to get on, but we’re getting better at it. Very good quality and our kitties seem to like them and aren’t bothered wearing them. They have had harnesses on since kittens, so the transition wasn’t a big deal.

I love your collars
I love your collars. Was having trouble finding a collar that my cat would wear. She would always chew them off. I tried fabric collars and pleather collars and your leather collars were the first ones she didn’t try and chew off. Not only that but they look good with her all white fur.just bought her the green one for Christmas this year. I also liked that it came only a few days after I ordered it.

Excellent again
Excellent again! Our cat has managed to wiggle paws out of other harnesses, but these feel so safe and secure and are beautifully made. They need a close fit but our cat used to initially walk oddly in other harnesses but these fit and look beautiful. I contacted customer service for some advice on one of their leads and they went above and beyond to help me. Seamless customer service and brilliant product. Recommend!

Good quality, not a good fit
The quality of the product is good, I like it.
The fit - neither me nor my cat liked it - the length of both neck and chest pieces are OK, but the wide chest piece appears to be short, so the harness is sitting right in the armpit area leaving no room for elbows to move freely. Also the plastic buckle is sitting right on the point of scapula - doesn't seems to be comfortable either. The fact that I can't exchange the product is disappointing (I can only send it back and reorder a new one, meaning that I have to pay for shipping/import taxes again)

We’re sorry to hear that you found this to be uncomfortable for your cat. If the overall harness size is a good fit, it shouldn't be causing your kitty any discomfort.
It is very normal for cats to take some time to settle in to the new sensations of their Supakit harness, but please don't worry - we’ve spent a long time developing the harness to ensure it is totally comfortable, distributing pressure evenly without restricting movement. With a little time and training, the issues you have been seeing should soon resolve and they'll be exploring happily in no time at all!
Did you receive a link to our 'Harness Training Guide'? There's a link to it on our home page but I'll get in touch and send you a link to it - some cats can take a little longer than others to adjust, but it's well worth persevering.
I'll also be in touch with some hints and tips on measuring and getting the fit right for your cat - so please do look out for this.
With regard to exchanges, we’d love to be able to offer all our customers around the world the option to exchange items, but as a small business we sadly aren't able to offer prepaid return shipping at this time. We hope that as we grow, one day we'll be able to absorb this cost for you.

Received a leather harness today Monday Dec 19th it wouldn’t fit a mouse total waste of money don’t ask me to return because I don’t have a car £90.00 Ibe had to decide to return it for a full refund incttje cost of return I didn’t want it to get mixed in the Christmas mail

Best kitten collars
It’s hard to find good quality, strong collars for kittens that don’t irritate them. Supakit ones are the best! Both our kittens have them and after a few minutes don’t even notice them anymore.

That really doesn’t sound good and is quite unusual. I would suggest that you have your cats seen by a vet, as they could have a condition that needs treatment. The customer service team has reached out to you via email for more information and to see if there is anything we can do.

Great product and service
I purchased a stunning harness for my cat and was absolutely delighted from start to finish. The ordering process was easy, with clear instructions about how to measure and regular updates informing me of the despatch. When it arrived I was thrilled with the colour and the workmanship - this is a real quality product which was designed for cats, not just adapted from a dog harness. The handy storage bag was a nice touch too.
Their post sales contact has been great too as they offered a complimentary course so that I could get my cat used to wearing it and confident and comfortable walking on lead. Fortunately she’s already a pro but is now doing so rocking her beautiful new harness!

Excellent cat care products
I ordered harness & ID tag for my cat. I have 2 others already. They are great quality and the tags are a way to feel secure when traveling with my cats. If my cat gets out while traveling, there is information attached to get her home. The packages are quickly delivered, as ordered.

Amazing experience
I bought two harnesses for my cats and they are great! Exactly as showed and described.
Moreover, I had to get in contact with customer support for a problem I had with Italian Costums. They have been amazing, and so patient as I took the chance to ask many questions regarding the fitting. They sent me pictures of their cats and they even asked for pictures of mine to evaluate the fitting. They’ve been so helpful, kind and understanding, it really makes all the difference. I am so glad I bought from rhem, couldn’t recommend more.

Poor Customer Service
I submitted an order for a harness and a collar 8:10pm and about 10 minutes afterwards at 8:20pm, I realized that I ordered the wrong size. I emailed Supakit at 8:20pm to change the order or cancel and I received an email that next morning at 6:40am saying that it was too late and that I would have to receive and return the product first.
I received it and submitted a return which I will have to pay shipping back for. Plus the process is unnecessarily layered (to discourage returns I suppose). I no longer want their products if this is how they treat their customers.
If you order from them, just be sure you get what you so that you don't have the headache of returning! want

Thanks for your feedback and I really do hear your frustration. I agree, it would have been easier to change your order, rather than return your item.
At this busy time of year, we know that our customers value speed of shipping, so when an order is placed it is instantly booked in with the carrier, and then the packing begins. Because of this, we aren’t able to offer cancellations on orders that have already been placed (and our warehouse team work late packing orders after the customer service team finish for the day).
However, we completely understand that this has caused a lot of frustration for you. So we’ve sat down this morning to discuss your feedback, and have come up with a plan that should give customers in future a small window of time to stop an order, should they make a mistake.
I know this won’t help you change your order but, I really do appreciate your feedback and I will ask our customer service team to reach out to you, to see if there is anything we can do to help.
