Inconsistent Product Labeling and Poor Customer Service
As a vegan, I ensure daily protein with Sunwarrior powders. Usually consume Warrior Blend chocolate, but just recently added unflavored Collagen Peptides to my routine. Since I started using the latter (within last 2 months) I have purchased 2 times, both from the same local store within 2 weeks of each other. Both have differing nutritional labels, different ingredients, missing information and/or inconsistent dosing. There is no amino acid profile on the label, which is the building block of collagen! One states 2 scoops (33g) and the other 1 scoop (33g). Who let that pass to production? When I called I was treated condescendingly by a female with a robotic firing of questions, that didn’t listen, dismissing my concerns. She questioned where I purchased it stating that it could be from an unauthorized seller. When she confirmed it was an authorized seller, she still dismissed any possibility that they mislabeled the products. I gave lot numbers (both were made within 6 months of each other), She said she would get back to me within a half hour after doing her own research, yet never returned my call. I also called a week ago looking for the heavy metal testing for the Warrior Blend and no one returned my call. Seems like no one cares. I now question the quality and safety of their products and the lack of attention to product detail before it lands on the store shelves. Very disappointed.
