We first tried to remortgage with the bank where we have our bank accounts. We wanted to take some extra money out from the equity and there were too many questions, and dramas. Months went by and we were still paying a high interest rate on our existing mortgage. Then we contacted Niroj Gurung from Sunshine Mortgages. Literally within 1 week we got the Mortgage offer and a free conveyancer from the offering bank. Conveyancing company asked for some papers to be signed and sent, and within another 10 days the process was completed. Got cheaper interest rate on mortgage and desired extra money within a very short time. Goal accomplished. It was the smoothest ever and very pleasant deal with Sunshine Mortgages. We could text and phone with Niroj, even at out of hours time which helped a lot in this process.
