Ordered March 2026, still haven't received my sunglasses and it's now June 2026. They will not refund my money

They didn’t honor their own return policy which was disappointing and frustrating. Spend your money elsewhere.

They took over two months to get and then my debit card info was stolen from them and charged three time for $192.

Terrible experience. Ordered product mid March and was told they would ship. It’s been a month and half after and there has been no communication. I’ve reached out twice with no update other than quality of shipment was not good so they refused. This company is a SCAM.

Advertised buy one get one free and couldn’t fulfill the order . It’s been two months and won’t refund me the order!

Scam, Absolute Total scam. My kids ordered six pairs of glasses and they never came. Then they tried saying they got our order number confused with somebody else's and no ship them out and another 4 weeks. They never sent the glasses

Don’t waste your money!!! Ordered April 11 preorder said will ship by April 30th- never shipped I reached out they told me oh sorry it’ll ship by May 30 now I said well then I want to cancel. I was told to read the policy and I cannot cancel. I said but you can advertise shipping time and change it and that’s ok? Terrible company and customer service. Would NEVER order from them again.

Waited months to receive “Instock” item that was then on back order.. broke the first time they wore worn. Cheaply made. Send a message and they offered me a coupon. I would not waste any more of my money on crappy product. Don’t waste your time.

It’s been over a month and still have no update on when order will ship, they won’t issue refund due to pre order which I didn’t even realize. I will never buy from them again.

The absolute worst company imaginable. I wish I had read the reviews. The quality is awful and the colors are maybe half as bright as online in person. All returns are refused. SCAM!!!!!

Horrible experience. Ordered my sons glasses several weeks ago and I just keep getting the run around about a pre-ordering delay blah blah blah. Worst place I've ever ordered from. Can't speak to a live person just these lame emails back and forth. Baseball had begun and no glasses. This place is s scam for sure. I will file a report with the better business Bureau for sure. I will be filing a claim with my bank as well. Losreyes suck.

Their ad said would have merch before Easter. I had to reach out to them. Then shipment would be the 15th. Then now again another 2 weeks. They responded to my emails but only with delayments. With all the bad reviews, i believe thats why they they would respond but with intent of delivering. That one star i gave was generous only cuz i had to put something to write a review. I have since reported them to my bank! They are a SCAM! Shame on you Los Reyes!

I saw all these horrible reviews about this company, and I got very nervous. But they delivered my buy one get one glasses in under a week. Both products were in the package and the product was great! My nephew loves them.

Placed an order, it still hasn't shipped, contacted them and their response was sorry no refunds.

I ordered two pairs of glasses on 03/24/2026, still no update on order 115487. I have attempted to contact them via e-mail multiple times and still no response. If the glasses take time to deliver that is not the issue, it is the lack of communication from this company. Please update me on my order status!

Could not talk with anyone, they will only do email after several request to talk with someone. I placed order in november and was to ship in two weeks. After several emails i was told they were out of stock and would be January before my order would ship. I request refund but they would not refund even though there site still showed all in stock. I did get them in January. I continued trying to contact them and they stopped replying and refused to have manager or anyone else talk to me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE A SCAM GLASSES ARE NOT AS THEY ADVERTISE.

We placed an order for the buy one get one sunglasses. We received one pair that was correct and the other pair was unfortunately not the pair we had ordered. I reached out to their customer service on March 10, and they responded back right away. I even included pictures of our packing slip and the items that we had received in our order. They stated that they would correct this mistake and reach out to the fulfillment team and get back to me as soon as they had heard something. That was the last time I heard from them, and it is currently April 3. I have reached out to their customer service two more times asking for updates on where we were with fulfillment and shipping the correct pair and have heard nothing. Honestly, at this point, I just would like a reply from them.

Terrible customer service and extremely long shipping times. If any part of your order is preordered or back ordered they will it ship any part of it until it’s all “in stock” no matter how long it takes. They will not issue any returns, exchanges or refunds. Buyer beware! Don’t waste your time or money.

Ordered 2 pair of sunglasses and paid to have them withing 2days just to get an email saying thet will be delivered after April 15th. What was the pointt of express? Might be good sunglasses but with the misleading website i will never order from them again.

Product is excellent. Well made very
Durable and fashionable. My son said “it’s like you have nothing on your eyes” very clear and comfortable to wear. The only bad thing is customer service they take forever to get back to you . Shipment is kind of slow as well however, the product is very well made.
