I rarely post negative reviews, but I think people should know about my experience with Sundek.

I bought a premium bikini top and, after wearing it only once under normal beach conditions, the white fabric became permanently stained with yellow marks.

Sundek’s response? They claimed this is not a product defect and refused to take responsibility. Before even replying to my follow-up questions, they sent me a survey asking how I rate their customer service.

A premium swimwear brand should stand behind products made to be worn at the beach. I expected quality and proper after-sales support. Instead, I was left with a damaged bikini and no solution.

I am now pursuing my consumer rights through the appropriate channels.

Well, not a craftsmanship i expected. After month of active use, both shorts I purchased from sundek US started falling apart. Costumer service said that's "normal" wear and tear and refused do anything about it.

Bad customer service. I had a big quality probel after first use of a swim short. The quality is bad and the customer relationship is even bader. No comment for about 4 weeks. After numerous mails they told that the qualitylroblem is my problem..

I am in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. I bought a Sundek swimsuit for $154. It was too small. Your website policy says: ‘We only accept returns from Italy, the European territory and US.’ That already excludes me. But your customer service agent, Alice, told me I could return at my own expense.

When I asked two simple, honest questions — ‘Will customs fees be deducted from my refund?’ and ‘Will I get the full $154 back?’ — Alice refused to answer and sent me a link to the same policy that says: ‘The amount of duty incurred for the return of the package will be deducted from the refund.’

So your game is clear: Pretend international returns are allowed, then hide behind hidden customs deductions so the customer gets almost nothing back. That is not a refund policy. That is a theft mechanism.

Your email said ‘we will proceed with the refund.’ Your policy says ‘we will deduct customs charges.’ You are lying to customers by omission.

You have lost me forever. I will never buy from Sundek again. I will tell everyone I know — in Saudi Arabia, in Europe, everywhere — that Sundek traps international customers with deceptive return policies.

If you want real feedback: Stop selling to countries you cannot honestly support. Or change your policy to be clear and fair. Right now, you are a dishonest brand.
