Helpful and respectful customer service
I'm from the UK so I was worried about taxes and shipping costs but the website calculates the shipping cost (mine was £11 for 2 dresses) and the taxes are included in the prices.
Also I forgot to apply a promotional code. I emailed and they replied within 10 minutes. They told me to reorder and they'd refund my old order. I was helped by Audrey who was really nice and respectful.

Loved every single item I got. All my dresses fit perfectly. Love getting the AUS brands shipped to the US because they really are so different and fun compared to the typical styles the US in launching. Aussie girl summer forever!

Customer service is amazing and responds so fast! Realized I had ordered the wrong size dress and Jonah immediately was able to refund me and cancel that order while I got the correct size!! Very very helpful and would recommend to a friend for sure!!! Super cute dress too:)

Love the dress! Unfortunately it doesn’t fit as tight as I feel it should for me being slightly larger than the model and getting the same size! Super wrinkled, but nothing a steamer couldn’t fix

The dress was sent out very quickly. The dress fit perfectly🥰. The fabric is natural (cotton), it crumples strongly, but it is not hot in it. First ordered in this store and now ordered another one again. Thanks 🙏🏻 🥰
