Got in touch with this company about renting an apartment in Roda Golf. They asked for excessive information including evidence of my salary and contract just to arrange a viewing, and then went on to explain that the payment would include four months rent up front,two months deposit and one months rent, and one month is to pay for their services. When I questioned why I am paying for the services of the real estate agent that is working on behalf of the person who owns the property, they ignored me. Something doesn't sit right with me about this company in the way they have conducted themselves, I certainly won't be working with them and I would advise anyone else to be wary.

This\n Company stole my belongings hiding. My my my things and then they say they had thrown it away, but we're talking thousands of Euros that are missing and also my deposit, even though it did not owe any rent, don't trust them their thieves and they talk a lot of good things, but they're they're not worth it, they're not worth the words they're liars and thieves.

Stelen gewoon geld van de mensen we moesten 1600€ betalen voor reservering van een woning we nemen de woning niet en we zijn ons 1600€ euro gewoon kwijt dit is volledige diefstal ze verdienen in Spanje nog zoveel niet per maand zo kunnen ze wel den dikkenek uithangen en rap rijk zijn
Dus mensen met sun en sea niet in zee gaan het zijn oplichters en dieven en ze zorgen dat ze altijd gelijk hebben gelukkig bestaat de guarda civil om het meskien op te lossen
En we zijn niet alleen hoor er zijn er zovele
Gaan kijken voor een woning en niets betalen gouden raad
