communication is now poor, receiving Invoices and payment receipts is difficult, getting return B.O.L.'s
is dam near impossible.
I'm a new customer to Trojan / Summit if things keep the pace they are going it will be a short lived relationship.

First, was quick response, shipment, then delivery of the product. Then, when there was an issue, it was quickly rectified, and the problem was understood ina second.

I'm a first time caller, from the moment they answered the phone the staff was very nice and informative. we talked about what I needed and they got me the correct parts. I went to the whse to pick up my new tracks and they had them there and ready to go for me.

Price was better than cat pricing
Price was better than cat pricing, shipping was fast and easy. Was accurately described and transaction went exactly as planned and tracks fit, no problems. I can't rate the quality of the tracks until we see the wear life compared to original tracks. So nothing to improve unless it would be a better price.
