Called and received quote. Pricing looked good so I paid $1500. They then told me it did not go through. Did not get a receipt called my bank they took the money out of my account and held it. A week later I am just now being told the payment went through even though it was gone the whole time, but I still have not received a tracking number for my tracks or ETA. They also tried to charge my card multiple times for over $1000.

Chris Sullivan and Randy from Romac have been great assets to me for getting tough to get items ,appreciate there support greatly ,Terry Howe ,senior parts advisor and 23 years parts manager for Martin equipment

The person we spoke to was knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to confirm the correct part number and get it ordered quickly. I believe his name was Kadish, but the connection wasn't very good so I may have mis-spelled it. Every time I've called to order parts the people, I've spoken to are very helpful and are, experts in the field. Delivery is always amazingly fast. I'll continue to order my parts from Summit.

It's always a pleasant experience when you deal with someone who genuinely cares about helping you, that's my experience with summit supply. I phoned my order in, your people have product knowledge & are very helpful - that's hard to find in today's world ! This is the second time I've dealt with Summit, buying tracks for a skid steer & now a mini excavator. I'll continue to buy from you guys & I've told friends that have equipment about Summit - Thanks, Kurt in Ohio

I ordered and was charged for this in March, requested shipping update the end of April, they sent tracking number that comes back as created but not shipped. I asked again in May, said they would get it shipped out.
It's now June and I have not received the item. Tracking number still says label created, USPS awaiting item.

the speed that the order was received in was great. Made our downtime substantially less. was able to head right out to warehouse and pick up.

We purchased tracks for our dingo and they didn't last as long as they should have. Summit honored their warranty and shipped us new tracks after we supplied serial numbers and pictures. Thank you Brittany for your help.
