Knowledge of the staff was amazing
I will use this company as my first choice for excavator parts. they had parts I needed that the manufacturer of my machine didn't even have .. staff awesome. Prices were great and had what I needed in two days.. check this company out.. they are the real deal! Shipping Disaster
I needed the tracks in a hurry and could have ordered online for 700 cheaper. I ordered from Summit because they could get them to me that day. They were 40 miles from me when I ordered them and they took a week to get there. I begged them to let me come get them when i ordered but they sold me on the claim that they could get them to me same day so I committed (Paid). They blamed it on Fed Ex but they should have made it happen and/or at least offered them for less after their debacle.

If you are ever in a bind, you are always welcome to pick up at our Jacksonville location if the item is in stock there. Again, we sincerely apologize for the issue with this order.
