Do not buy they sent me the wrong glasses and will not refund my account on PayPal the phone number is wrong and they won’t refund they want me to pay to send back to China really there. Faulty and won’t stand behind their policies horrible customer service

Their multifocal glasses are just reading glasses nothing else. They do not follow their own returns policy or the UK distance selling directive and will not give a refund or provide returns label. . All UK platforms should take down this sales site now. Very foolish purchase on my part.

Beware they are fraudulent scammers. Goods are not as advertised. Advertised as a German firm, product, it finally arrived wrapped in bubble wrap, no case. Cheap Chinese glasses, no photochromic lens, looked awful.
When asked about returns I was eventually given some address in China. 4th building, 2nd elevator, 3rd floor.
And surprisingly enough the returned parcel never arrives.
Total scammers.
If I could rate them lower I would.

Ordered via a link on YouTube one pair £27.
They offered another pair for a discount stupidly fell for it order 2 £45
They sent me a confirmation email detailing order, the 2nd pair totally different I emailed immediately stating I didnt want the second pair and if you couldn't do 2 pairs of exactly the same, then cancel the entire order. They emailed saying it's okay.The second pair is orange!
I repeated I wanted the order cancelled... no reply , then they took the money from my bank account. Checked on here realised id been scammed.
Sent another confirmation again I repeated the order had been cancelled please refund.
No reply.
Going through my bank to try to cancel payment. May have to cancel card to be certain they can't use again.

For every person here whose been scammed, there is a legitimate company who is allowing them to use their platform to give them an air of legitimacy to pedal their con.

Will approach youtube
To try to at least make them aware.

Not holding out much hope.youtube like Facebook will do anything for money and are obviously complicit...

Glasses just don't work! They do none of the things advertised, tried contacting to return, no response. I logged on to Paypal to raise a dispute and found that they'd set up a recurring payment of £27.00 Not quite sure how long for but I've cancelled it, this was without my knowledge! Complete and utter frauds! AVOID

The glasses do not adjust to light as they claim in the advert. Emails with 'Alice' do not answer my questions about it. I'm tending to agree with others here that the product is a scam and should be avoided.

They're return policy is a lie, their website says 30 days, their emails say 14 days, and by the time you start a return enquiry, it goes down to 7 days. The response "unlucky, your time has expired for a refund".

Years of wearing glasses, I ordered a set to try something new. It does not work!

I use long distance prescription and with age, I probably need to update to a bifocal option. This glasses do not work, it is not an option, go a see a proper optometrist or Doctor.

Unable to see clearly at any range with so say self adjusting lenses to all eyesight. Correct age range selected from Web page advert.
Total waste of money.

I ordered the glasses on July 29. I've been unable to contact them multiple times. The glasses have been paid for however, I have not received them. I would like to have Summit Optics contact me about this issue.

I too have been a victim of this scamming company. All reviews are correct useless glasses absolutely no way can I see close up or distance. Absolute waste of over £40 and have emailed 3 times for returns procedure and been ignored. AVOID AVOID AVOID

The glasses aren't as great as they are made out to be. They are virtually unusable. The 2.5 magnified reading zone is okay but as multifocals they are useless! Totally useless. Can't see or walk around in them. I would NOT purchase. A waste of money!

Oh my word these will ruin your eyesight. Totally false information given you cannot buy these to see near, far and computer just a +3.5, they gave me a headache just putting them on for a minute. Stay away do not buy there are no 5 star reviews on trustpilot as stated by the company

It’s been said this is a dodgy company would not recommend they sent spectacles and a plastic bag needless to see they were broken when arrived. One lenses had came out. I have contacted the company. They want me to post it back at my cost to receive a full refund or 50% on my next purchase, I would never ever purchase anything from this company again.

What an absolutely awful company, I purchased these in good faith, now I feel stupid to have trusted in them. They arrived eventually in a plastic bag wrapped in a bit of bubble wrap. I tried to return them but it was going to be over half of the cost of the glasses as they will only receive them back to China. I took them to my local optician to have them checked and they were appalled at the lenses in these glasses stating what damage they could do. Awful awful company, do not purchase from Summit Optics it will be your worse purchase ever.

False and/or misleading website that touts not having to change glasses. Mine came in with very close vision only and they are totally useless. After customer service rationalized their position, I decided to return them.
Then I saw they want me to pay shipping to China before a credit .... The amount of time this has already taken, cost of shipping and my perspective that their site misrepresents the product led me to want to return for a refund.  However, the time and money involved is not worth it to me; however, I'm clearly angry about it.
