As a repeat customer, SummitCove provides excellent friendly service from check in to check out. They are prompt to respond to challenges and accomodating when possible for early check in and late check out. On our most recent trip, when running low on firewood, they dispatched an employee who delivered and stack two large bags full of wood to keep us warm during the cold snowy nights. Cheers to SummitCove.

The Management Company was responsive to our requests. The condo we stayed in was beautiful and clean. Short trip or walking distance to the convenience store. There is a paved trail close by to enjoy a stroll. Basic amenities were provided. We enjoyed grilling outdoors. Restaurants are offering great discounts for carry-out orders. The only issue we had was the hammering of construction or decorating for the holidays from 9AM to 3PM by the neighbors. Otherwise, the stay was quiet and relaxing. Keystone and the surrounding towns are enjoyable!

The view was absolutely amazing. This was our first time in Colorado ski trip and the view was breathtaking. My girlfriend and I enjoyed the momentary Snowbound during our trip so we spent a lot of quality time, however we were freezing, the Central heating didn’t work our entire stay. We relied on the space heaters and that our very friendly front office attendant Carla gave us on our first nite. Also lighting the fireplace helped plenty of firewood. She ensured us someone will come look at the thermostat and Central heating and the did, as we are checking out ‘literally‘ we enjoyed ourselves truly rooms are spacious it was quite, view is everything we wanted an expected

Every aspect of the stay was great....great upfront communications, Well
thought out check-in procedure as well as check out. Even to the point of
helping with a car jump start. GREAT JOB.

I loved our condo, nice cozy and warm, also highly cleaned and they offered everything from dishes to pans to seasonings to cook. I would give recommend for sure without a doubt. Thank you Summitcove.

Summit Cove convinced us to get travel insurance with Red Sky Travel. Due to this pandemic we had to cancel trip and besides Summit Cove closed. We called Red Sky Travel and they said oh no we dont cover that you have to contact Summit Cove. Well Summit Cove said no, Red Sky is who our insurance is with you have to call them. So Summit Cove has $2500 and I’m assuming will have hand out when bailouts are issued as well. I’m sure Red Sky Travel will get a cut of the bailouts to so they get bailout money and assumingely get to keep customers money for providing nothing but a slap in the face.

Kids first time seeing "REAL" snow!
Our first time in CO and teen/adult children's first time seeing snow other than the few flakes we get in GA. Our stay at Dakota Lodge 8518 was superb! Price was reasonable for being right in the heart of River Run Village. Check-in was quick and easy and staff very pleasant. They offered early check-in if available (and it was) which was great since we had been traveling all night. The pictures on the website were accurate except that the condo was much more spacious than we anticipated. I appreciate that Summit Cove has pictures and shows bedding arrangements instead of just how many it sleeps. We traveled with 6 adults and needed to know how the beds were arranged.

I wish they opened the activities even if it wasn't showing outside or the day it snowed they opened the activities immediately. Didn't get you enjoy anything

Great service, awesome place...

The house was beautiful and spacious! The location was perfect for what we needed and the hot tub was an added bonus!

The accommodations were fantastically with easy access to restaurants and slopes. Furthermore the facilities were very clean a s comfortable with good size rooms and very efficient kitchen.

Clean and lots of options for entertainment. Restaurant downstairs needs some work on cooking burgers. Overall, we will be back.
