Really happy with our new piano, delivered quickly. I found it on eBay but purchased through their website in order to have it delivered. Ordered Friday evening and received the item Monday morning 7am. Thankyou!

The piano was just as advertised, a little dusty from the warehouse but in good conditions. The delivery drivers were around 4 hours later than the slot they gave me, due to heavy traffic. But otherwise, it was a good experience.

I emailed Sulinda with an enquiry quite late in the evening, and was very pleasantly surprised to receive a detailed response less than fifteen minutes later. The electronic piano that I ordered was exactly as described, and very well-wrapped prior to shipping, with delivery arranged for a Saturday as requested. The delivery company kept me updated with regular texts and emails giving tracking information, and the delivery men were very careful when installing the piano. Overall, a very positive experience.
I would definitely recommend Sulinda to anyone considering purchasing an electronic piano.
