I ordered my shoe. It took a long time to get to my house. I finally tried it on the arms were way too short. I put it right back in the box and shipped it and they charged me all kinds of shipping fees and restocking fees. Cost me $60 to try a jacket on. I would never use these guys again.

I needed a suit last minute and they got it to me on time. High quality and affordable. Thanks

Ordered Mens Modern Diagonal Pleat Lay Down Collar French Cuff Tuxedo Shirt in White - SKU: ZD-7456 cost including delivery and tax cam to $135.39. What did I get? A standard shirt with straight pleats which I already have multiples of so I don’t need another one.

They offered me $20 to keep then increased to $35 to keep. Or I could return by spending another $31.69 to add insult to their mistake. There’s little point returning as you can buy a standard Tux shirts in the UK for £40.

So a complete ripoff and I’ll never get what I ordered. Please don’t risk your money, this company should be shut down.

I placed an order for a suit for my son for Prom. It arrived a day late. Upon inspection the vest was not with the suit as ordered. I immediately called and was told to reply to the confirmation email when I placed the order. I did and their response was that if I wanted the best to pay $35.00 more to get one. I called back spoke to Marie who was rude and unhelpful and started reading off the heading of the suit which said 3 button style Suit satin lapel and I kindly directed her to the suit description which clearly says This package( meaning the package I ordered)comprises of three piece VEST SUIT which is suitable for any royal tuxedo parties. I have screen shots of my order the description and no where does it say the vest is an extra cost. They are scammers. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!

Ordered what we thought was going to be a nice suit for a wedding and they sent us the wrong item. It also didn’t fit so we had multiple legitimate reasons to return. Didn’t get a receipt in the box or the suit bag. Over the phone service was terrible. Claimed we had the correct item even though we sent them the product numbers for what we got and what we wanted. The lady said she was unauthorized to help but also wouldn’t transfer us to someone who was. We were cut off several times when asking simple questions and stating politely what was needed. She hung up on us at one point and later said the call was dropped. Only thing they offered was a $20 reimbursement and to keep the suit that we don’t even want. The actual website needs reviews to be on there because we certainly never would’ve ordered from them and hope nobody else does either. Would give zero star rating if possible.

Ordered a suit and didn't get notified that the suit was not available until after I call them for an update and then they sent an email confirming that the suit I wanted was not available. Then customer service over the phone sucked when I called 888-784-8872. Not polite and helpful at all. I have to keep calling for updates. Not much communication given by email. Not getting my money ever again. I looked at the cool suits on the website and I needed a suit for a red & white affair/party I am going to.

I placed an order for a sized large shirt on 5/8/22. It is now 6/14/2022, and have not received the shirt, but my credit card has been charged. I have been waiting for a FedEx tracking number as promised after placing the initial order, and have not received it as of today. On 5/16/2022, I sent an email inquiring about the FedEx tracking number and have received no response as of yet. I spoke with "Jennifer" and "Alan" in customer service, respectively, on 5/18/22, 5/24/22, 5/26/22, 6/2/22 and 6/13/22. Each time I was told that my order "was re-shipped a few days ago because the warehouse can't find my order." And during each conversation I was also told that I will get an email with the tracking number. I have not received one email. Craazy thing is, they repeat my delivery address, phone number and email back to me each time. This is a total scam or, at best, the worst customer service ever!!

I ORDERED A KHAKI BRONZE CARMEL COLOR MENS SUIT AND YOU SENT THIS UGLY TAN COLOR SUIT AND PEOPLE WONT ANSWER THE PHONE. IF YOU ARE OUT THE COLOR I WANTED, WHY DIDN'T YOU CONTACT ME TO GET THE COLOR I WOULD WANT. THIS IS BAD BUSINESS TO SEND PEOPLE A SUIT THAT HAS POOR SALES.

Extremely dissatisfied. They did not send me any confirmation email regarding my purchase and when I called after 72 hours to see if the tracking link has ever been generated for the order, the agent said the order cancelled due to not having the right size in stock!!!!!! their poor service is just beyond me. If I could give them zero star I would.

Saw all the negative reviews and was very leery. Ordered suit was what i ordered came in on time fit very well quality material for the money.very Satisfied

This place is a scam!!! They took my money and never sent me my order. I have tried to contact them by phone, no answer, sent then an email, no response, I could not even get a tracking number. left messages, no return calls. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General of the state of California. Do not buy anything from this company, if they even exist.

never recieved order , was lied to and told they had emailed me that suit was not in my size , recieved no email and have been waiting 25 days ,STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!

I purchased what was described as a blazer on the item description. What I received was a suit. The suit jacket looked little different than the one in the picture and the pants were really ugly. A size was never even asked.
I emailed the company to see if I could return it because maybe they sent me the wrong item. They said that what I ordered was the correct item. When I tried to return it they said it was a final sale.
In my thrid email I wanted to a different size because the size I ordered was too short. My husband normally wears that size but I guess their clothes are made different.
Point is, they took my money and now I'm stuck with an ugly suit. This was false advertisement. They were not willing to do anything to help me. Horrible experience. Will certainly NEVER shop this website.

I have tried to get a refund of money promised to me but to avail. I ordered a pair of trousers for my husband; paid for them on my visa card; received the pants that were sized 58 instead of 38. Advised the company of the mistake and the representative said their employee mailed the correct size. I took a picture of the size inside the pants as well as a copy of the order form. Finally they accepted responsibility and assured me I would receive a credit to my credit card for mailing costs I incurred when I mailed the pants back for an exchange. After I received the correct size, I asked about the credit to my credit card. I was told that the credit was for merchandise only - I would NOT receive a credit to my card for the cost of correcting their mistake. I am still trying to find someone at this place who will do the right thing.

Terrible customer service. Mensusa or Suitusa - they seem to be the same company. There is lots of conflicting information on the site. I ordered from these guys and my suit shipped out several days later than expected. When it arrived it was the wrong size and they make it difficult if not impossible to return for a refund. I will be disputing the transaction on my credit card. It is crazy places like this exist anymore with all the great options online. Stay away from this company

I ordered a suit for a special occasion I did not receive a tracking number so I called them. They did not send one so I called bac and within the conversation I was told that the manager had sent me an email stating they did not have the size I ordered but had a larger size and it would work because the suits run small. This was eight days since I placed my order. I informed the lady I had a special occasion coming up and that was the reason for ordering the suit. She said if I placed the order I would get it by Wednesday today is Thursday. They sent me a tracking number then I discovered I will not receive it on Wednesday as promised but by the twenty third this will be 22 days from my original date of ordering my suit. Today is the 23rd and yet don’t have my suit. And I don’t even know if it will fit once I receive it. This is bad business. Dr. Williams
