Easy, competitively priced and backed by great customer service
What a breath of fresh air! Easy to understand insurance for freelancers that is competitively priced.
So easy to get a quote, they don’t try to ‘oversell’ things you likely don’t need and if you need to speak to a real person that’s easy too.
I found them really responsive and had the same person manage my request from start to finish. It’s often the lack of ‘real human’ customer service that lets these types organisations down, but they’ve got it just right and it gives you the confidence you need.

Suited was super efficient
Suited was easy to use, to the point, concise, I found everything I was looking for , was covered. The process was efficient and quick. Fast forms to fill in. I think the price was pretty competitive too.

Competitive price with flexible monthly cover
I've found their prices very competitive and the online purchase process was very straightforward. I was able to tailor my cover online, and as a bonus, post purchase changes to my cover were at no extra costs, and I didn't get penalised for my 'initially incorrect' selection of cover limit.

Professional service and a peace of mind
My work contract requires professional indemnity insurance. Suited were quick to call back and very helpful explaining the product to me. The company offers backdated insurance, which is a life saver after my previous insurer terminated and cacelled backdating to the very beginning of my insurance period without my consent, without letting me know or issuing a refund. Suited offers a trustworthy, professional service and a peace of mind.
