I've used Sugarwish for gifting for my company for years. They always deliver! I've had several interactions with their sales team, and they are the nicest.

I had a corporate credit that did not come through at checkout. I messaged my corporate account rep who then went above and beyond to message the billing team and I was issued a full refund of the credit as a result. This team is AMAZING and I love using SugarWish for all my corporate gifting purposes! Systems aren't perfect but the SugarWish support team is!! Thank you so much everyone!

I honestly felt cheated. I purchased the 3 month package for $95. Each month is nowhere near a $30 value.

$50 for 6 terrible cookies. So horribly disappointed. They were dry, had a chemical taste and didn't taste anything like the titles of the cookies. 100% would not recommend.

It took a long time to receive my gift then when I got it, the popcorn was stale. I called customer service, the guy was very rude. He said he’d send me an e-card to replace the stale popcorn but he never did. I called customer service again. Still waiting for my replacement popcorn 😡

I ordered a stuffed peanut butter Nutella cookie. The picture on the website showed a cookie that was topped with between 45 and 50 Reese‘s pieces or similar type candy. The product was delivered in a small box with that same picture on it. Beautiful presentation. I was super disappointed to open the box and discover that rather than it being topped with 45 to 50 candies, it was literally topped with about four or five. I took a picture of the box with the cookie itself alongside it. I wish I could post the picture to show. The cookie itself tasted great, but super disappointed in the misleading pictures and missing candy pieces.

Got my Mother's Day gift. It looks delicious loved the packaging. Excellent job! Can't wait to try my choices.

Purchase a large size sugar wish for my mom for mother's Day, she was supposed to have 6 categories to choose from, when she redeemed her "card" to make a selection, there was only one category to select from and she was only able to select one item which was a candle. If I knew she was only going to get one candle for $60+ I would of gone to bath and body works and got here 5 candles for the same price. What a joke this place is and I will make sure all my friends and family know so they do not get caught in the same trap.

This is an excellent gift idea! It is so fun to recieve in an email! What a surprise... THEN it arrives! Its like getting gifted twice. The wine, the cookies, brownies are all excellent. I have just sent a candy and snack out to teachers for Teacher's Appreciation. All this - on top of customer service TOP NOTCH.... What a great company to do business with! Customer for Life!

Sugarwish customer service is wonderful. Quick to respond and very helpful. The company is also very generous - has repeatedly supported our elementary school PTA events. The products are high quality and delicious.

These are the best cookies I've ever had!

Someone bought me a gift through Sugarwish for brownies but I don't really like them. Sugarwish refused to let me change the purchase to something else.

I received the iced cookies from Sugar Wish the cookie was soft but the icing was hard as a rock and didn’t taste fresh at all. Would prefer Cheryl’s cookies over these any day.

Cookies are dried out and terrible. I feel like we were punked. $80 worth of cookies.

I received my cookies in 6 days. They were stale and even the microwave couldn’t revive them. (According to the instructions) The please eat within 5 days is a joke when they’re stale on receipt. I’m very disappointed.

Working with Sugarwish has been an absolutely fantastic experience. The product is high quality, the presentation is beautiful, and the customer service is excellent.

I used their services to send gifts to my team members, and it was worth every penny. Highly recommend.
