A great team who are a pleasure to deal with - cannot fault them and their professionalism.

I enjoy Kevins' delivery style. He engages each participant individually, by asking us questions and asking us to share. This makes me feel included and engaged in the training.

This was a difficult session for a few reasons, but mainly that it didnt have any identified objectives at the outset so that makes it difficult to measure if they have been acheived. I decided to request the format of what we were doing half way through was changed as it looked as though people were becoming confused and overwhelmed by lots of information. It might be a good idea if this has a case study, or a mock document so that people can use the tool rather than simply listening to the course leader.

Randell is extremely knowledgable, we learnt about file management, site management, how to create sites, news, insert images, pages, etc features. Absolutely fantastic training and trainer!

Going over all the different components of Teams application, not just the basic how to

Real examples, confirmation of existing skills and new introduction to existing opportunites and what Teams can offer and wide variety of options.

Randell explained everything clearly and in so much detail. I learnt about aspects of Teams that I didn't even know were available. With so many different apps available that coincide with Teams, Loop component being one example.

The training with Kevin was thorough and covered the topic in detail. The session allowed for plenty of time for reflection and discussion. It was great to have others share their experiences.

Just had a very good session with Randell on Power BI - Introduction level.
This covered the theory & basics of using the application, a good overview of utilising Power Query to transform, merge & link multiple data set, and creation of basic report that could be presented to a business.
It was a very relaxed session and I would absolutely use Successful Learning Solutions again with Randell to progress with a Intermediate Level Course.
