Subto is GREAT!
Everything about program has been great, learning so much and gaining so much knowledge from the community and mentor, Pace Morby. All extras and bonus's are crazy stupid. Not enough time in the day to go through everything, that's how much information there is.
Only thing I would is change is, some information is dated. I follow Pace on on social media and I know there are alot of things that he does now that are not different from the training (pretty sure the volt has all this information but haven't got a chance to go thought everything).
I would recommend this to anyone that is trying to get into real estate or is trying up their game in RE, join the Subto mentorship. The value that is given is more than you can imagine. It's the future of real estate investing.

yall have thought of everything
It was very overwhelming at first but having an MSA helped me focus my approach, the newbie zoom also helped me to find a focused path. The daily dial with Creighton has helped me multiple times to find my next step. the specialized zoom for foreclosures has helped me find help specific to what i am working on. having the zoom vault allows me to find more help on my specific needs. having the facebook group for immediate help on any questions i have is awesome. yall have thought of everything. i think if i had to change something, i would add something to the elephant challenge but of course this comes from my very limited perspective as a newbie. I would maybe add an excel sheet of the groups. perhaps a group for each of the accountability group we have in discord and on the excel sheet there would be the leader, the TC, the gator, the agent, the zoom link for that group and any contact info that those people listed would want to give out. i know yall have an awesome team but i would be happy to help organize this if this would make sense for yall!

Even when when u suck on your first daily dial- the lesson is fail forward! So much love here. Seriously- everyone is offering to help. My parents didn’t even help me with college applications and total strangers want to squad up. This is legit and it is rich in all that you need it to be.

The course material and vault are well done. I will definitely refer to it over and over again for years. But honestly, the best part of this experience has been the amazing community. Shout out to Adam Dang for contacting me and signing me up with Subto. Adam completely undersold how amazing the community would be. He did a great job explaining the ins and outs but what I didn't expect was a full blown supportive community.To be honest, I dont think I've ever experienced that in my entire life.
