The company produces and markets a new and innovative (patent pending) line of audio subwoofers, speakers and sound systems produced from actual acoustic drums, marketed under the SubDrum® brand name. SubDrum’s® first product was the Coffee Table Subwoofer which is produced from new or vintage kick/bass drums by installing powerful 18” drivers into a reinforced opening in the drum’s resonant head. This float-in-head™ design prevents unwanted speaker frame vibrations from transferring to the drum’s outer shell, virtually eliminating cabinet resonance distortion. Bass frequencies are dispersed omni-directionally via the speaker’s up-firing driver and its down-firing back wave. Vibration isolation and sound dispersion are further enhanced by the use of rubber risers which lift the drum off the floor and further isolate the tempered glass top, allowing for powerful, full spectrum bass to escape and permeate into the listening area. SubDrum’s® unique vibrationless design allows for incredible 3-D bass response regardless of room placement, allowing it to be used as a glass-topped coffee table with no fear of rattling your keys or beverages! SubDrum® took the technology a step further by transforming a pair of matching tom drums into SpeakerToms™ which are full-range speakers which include 8” KOAX™ drivers which are available in several design configurations. In combination, the Coffee Table Subwoofer and full range SpeakerToms™ provide an eclectic mix of sound and design artistry which are right at home in any setting, providing a forward thinking and novel sound system for your home theater, music room, club or music venue! SubDrum Rocks!

I own a SubDrum Kick Drum Coffee table and it is an amazing addition to my back porch hi-fidelity sound system. As owner/lead engineer of Garden House Studios i use the back porch system as an important reference for our final mixes. The Subdrum is able to reproduce with accuracy the low frequencies that are not present otherwise so is a great addition to the tweaking of the mix. Not to mention is looks super cool and is a functional glass coffee table!

I have the Drum Light

I have the Drum Light. The packaging was top notch! Easy to assemble. The product is solid! Only trouble with the color options is, they are all so great it was hard to pick one! Went with the light blue and love it. The owner,Larry, and associate Ryan, are the most friendly, knowledgeable and professional drum/music lovers you could ever have the pleasure of dealing with!

SubDrum Rocks!

I had the opportunity to listen to a live demonstration of an electronic drum kit being played through the SubDrum product. The sound was phenomenal! It sounded like I was listening to a real drum kit being played. I was really impressed with the sound quality of the SubDrum product. It is a very well engineered product.

Sub Drum Super Sound System

I was really impressed by the sound of the SubDrum product. It’s so cool to have a beautiful set of drums as a focal piece of furniture in your home. Having a drum as a subwoofer produces an incredible low-end sound while you’re watching a movie, YouTube video or listening to music through your Smart TV. Wow, it’s just an amazing product!

Unbelievable sound!…

I’ve had my Subdrum in our living room for awhile now and never get tired of the compliments I get from people seeing it and hearing it for the first time. They are as amazed as I am with the sound it puts out, I can shake the house if I want to! Customer service is also top notch. I highly recommend!
