This seller has taken my money when I bought over £100 worth of items, unfortunately the items didn't look right on me and so since last year, they've not replied to emails or refunded me. Don't buy from this seller, if you look at the replies they are also all the same. When I first bought the items she was responsive but really just a fraud and deceitful and I'm out of pocket. Do not trust this seller.

The webpage makes it look like an American site with quality products. I ordered shoes. They came in a zip bag when opened the smell was terrible and the only thing worse were the shoes themselves. I have no way of getting a refund so stay away from this site.

The jacket I received looks nothing like the one shown on the website. The product photos make it appear stylish, structured, and high-quality, but the actual item is completely different. The fabric, shape, and overall fit are not the same at all. It feels cheap and looks very different in real life. On top of that, I had to pay shipping that cost almost as much as the item itself. Very disappointing experience and I would not recommend this store.

Please please do not use this company. I bought some shoes for a friend of mine‘s birthday. I ordered a size 6, and when they arrived, they were size 3 1/2. They asked me to take photographs of which I did and I also sent them a photograph of my original order. I have neither received a refund or a replacement. This is a dreadful Chinese company selling inferior goods with absolutely no customer service do not I repeat do not buy from them.

Item took ten days to arrive. When it arrived it was poorly made and not as pictured or described. When I asked to return and refund they referred me to a blank page of their site and said it would cost me £50 to send back to China. Their site says it has a hassle free returns policy. I will be seeking advice. Would not recommend.

Quality of goods received (2.5 weeks after ordering) is appalling and the description and colours in no way reflect that offered. I have contacted them for a refund, but they have told me I have to pay the returns postage to China. However, they have a UK address and the sweaters were not as described or pictured, so under a number of UK consumer laws I am not only entitled to a full refund but they need to pay the postage.

Poor quality & value & long delivery time. No workable returns policy as distribution is from china

This is a company purporting to be from Bolton UK. They are, however, shipping from China!!
I have, unfortunately, ordered from them. Apparently my order is on its way, I won’t hold my breath!!

Update: Finally received my items, nasty fabric and totally different shape to website pictures!! Straight to the charity shop!! Avoid!!

If I could put zero stars I would. DONT USE THIS COMPANY. The quality of the dress I ordered is really bad. The website says hassle free return but if I want to return it, it has to go to china at double the purchase cost. They have revered me to their returns policy but it is non existent

Ordered items 14 days ago. Followed up with two emails asking where delivery is, and told in post. Also asked why they use a non existent address in Bolton also asked for refund both questions ignored. I had checked trust pilot pre ordering and there was a five star review. I have reported the irregularities in reviews about this company twice to trust pilot and they’ve not answered either. I have told my bank and raised a dispute.
