Stylex give you a 5% discount on your till receipt 🧾 every time I try to redeem it, I’m told it’s not valid for buying the lost Mary vapes I buy! I spend quite a bit in the shop and the receipt does not say what I can use it on! They always say, I must ask the manager! Today I spent £76

Hi Marina,
Unfortunately the Discount Received sometimes only affects products that are not included within a Multi-Buy deal. For example, If you was to buy a new Device or tank such as a Battery or Coil then then the discount would be applied to those items. If for instance it was for a Multi-Buy of 5 Disposables for £20 then the Discount would not apply sadly.
If you look at the receipt given for the Discount Code there should be a notice on it that states that the Discount cannot be used with Other existing Offers.
I hope this clears up any of the confusion caused and i am terribly sorry for Inconvenience!

Delivery is very slow ordered on Sunday…
Delivery is very slow ordered on Sunday and today is Thursday and Royal Mail haven’t even started delivery process, so much for 48hr delivery. Otherwise products are good, I won’t be ordering online again as this is the case every time, I wait and wait but never comes.
