BAD EXPERIENCE WITH STYLE RULE

I ordered the 2 oz IS Clinical Moisture Emulsion on July 6, 2024 from Style Rule and received it on July 11, 2024. I started using it on July 12, 2024 and it is now EMPTY on July 27, 2024. I was able to use it for 2 weeks and 1 day!!! That is not acceptable!! I ordered this same brand before from another source and it lasted 3 months. I sent Style Rule an email explaining this, and this is the response I got back:

"Thank you for contacting StyleRule.com Customer Service! We are very sorry that you were not satisfied with the longevity of the product you ordered and apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please note that as per our return policy highlighted on our website: Return orders must be returned within 30 days of the order date, in unused/unopened condition, to be eligible for a refund. Being that the product is opened and used our return policy does not allow for this item to be accepted as a return to be credited. We welcome you to review our return policy here: Shipping & Return (stylerule.com) to be guided accordingly."

My response:

"Thanks for your quick reply. Of course I saw your return policy before I purchased this product. It's pretty clever to make your return policy impossible for the consumer to ask for a refund by complaining that your product is on the verge of being a scam by deluding the contents of the product. One would not be aware of that until it is opened. Why would I return it unopened and unused????

I would like the name and phone number of your CEO of Style Rule."

I expect a full refund, but have not heard back from Style Rule since my last response to them.

This company has had many bad reviews, and for good reason.

Do NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I notified company I did not receive package and that proof of delivery did not contain a photo nor signature. I requested a refund or a replacement that I could PICK UP. They replied stating It's been delivered and advised me to basically go find it! Do NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

People are wrong. StyleRule is Great!

Many people gave StyleRule a 1 because of the shipping and how it took a week. It's funny because when I ordered my Terre D'Hermes Eau Givree fragrance, in the shipping section it says 7-10 days normal shipping. They also let you track your package via the Shop app which I did, and it arrived on the exact date it said it would arrive. I had no problem with shipping nor thr packaging.

As for the quality of the product, I can attest that this is the real deal. The scent, the product packaking, the cap, the vaporiser, and the batch code all check out. I compared it with my friend's, a bloomingdale's bottle, and unboxing reviews online. The product is legit.

As for the customer service, they replied within an hour or so on business hours on the shop app. So the people who say they don't ever reply, I have hard time believing that because they were pretty accomodating. They actually even reply to questions on their website itself.

Overall, I thinkl Stylerule is a gem of a site especially for fragrances. And I'll definitely shop here in the future for fragrances again.

I ordered 3 products from this company and NEVER received them...now I am dealing with trying to get my money back and it is a pain. Their customer service is WORTHLESS! FRAUDSTERS - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH STYLE RULE

This company is a fraud. They still have not returned my money after a cancelled a chargeback claim against them. I even returned the product at my expense to expedite my refund. Per Bank of America, the claim was formally closed in early April and I even sent StyleRule a copy of the letter. They have denied the claim was withdrawn and I am still waiting two months to receive my refund of almost $200. There is no phone number and the chat is rarely answered in a timely manner. Per other reviews, this place in unethical and you shouldn't do business with a company like this.

6/17/24: Miraculously, I received my refund after posting this complaint on 6/14/24. Ironically, I received notice of the refund prior to them posting this response. Still lying...

Overall Very Good! Shipping? Eh...

Product great, price with Style Rule SUPERB! POLO Blue cheaper than anyone else. Shipping time left a lot to be desired. I guess it was worth the price I paid but took a long time and then was delayed. Was at the post office right down the street for 2.5 days.

I ordered a gift set from them and some…

I ordered a gift set from them and some of the bottles that were inside were broken. I contacted via email because that's the only way to communicate with them! They told me I needed to send the product that I ordered along with pictures. I sent thd information and their saying they didn't get it I have sent it to them at 4 times or 5 times now and they're still telling me they didn't get my attachments of the pictures! I will never order from them again!!
