Really impressed

Bought two items from styleHub and wow I’m love with them, I messaged and asked about sizing which they came back to me with help, items arrived in good time and I think great quality for readable prices! Can’t wait to wear on my next holiday !! And will be reordering !

My bad for expecting a reply from a brand that sells things!! Extremely rude. Left me on read and ignored my messages about stock. A very simple and quick yes or no would be fab. Poor customer service. This has happened multiple times..

Thin quality and came with different brands label attached!

I placed an order for a £30 item two weeks ago and paid for 3–6 day delivery. I heard absolutely nothing after purchasing and genuinely thought the item was lost. It wasn’t even shipped until six days after I placed the order. Now, two weeks later, it’s finally arrived with a completely different brand’s tag attached. The quality is appalling. I’m so disappointed. Never again.

Really sorry to hear the issue you received. Please can you send us an email so I can look into the dispatch date and delivery date and to see what the problem was here. If it wasn’t delivered within the time frame we would also refund the customer back the delivery cost as we wouldn’t want anyone to be unhappy. In regards to a “different brand” tag we do not make everything in house, some items are sourced from wholesalers which will in fact not have a STYLEHUBUK label as we wouldn’t have produced it.

The girls at stylehub are so lovely on messages and are very professional. My last order came much quicker than expected and in well looked after packaging. The clothes are amazing quality especially for the price. I couldn’t recommend them enough! Will always be my go to place to shop! 🩷

Excellent service

I spent £458 and loved every item. The price and quality were excellent. I’ve had so many compliments and will be definitely be shopping again with stylehub. Quick delivery too!

Terrible quality don't waste your time.

I ordered a dress for a wedding, the items clearly come straight from China as this had a label saying 'Lovika' with Mandarin writing and symbols on the back of the label. Quality is really, really, shockingly cheap. The dress is paper thin, a horrible colour, the ruffle flowers are literally pinned on the dress with clunky metal clips. It looks NOTHING like the picture from their website. Note how the pictures on the website are all selfies and no close ups of the material and clothes themselves. They're selling Chinese sweatshop/ wholesaler clothes at a hugely marked up price. I really wouldn't bother.

I would give a 10 and a gold star if I could! I order from Stylehub on a regular basis, in fact the majority of my wardrobe is Stylehub. I always go with these as the quality of their clothes is always the best by far and are very reasonably priced. Delivery is fast and the customer service is excellent, I always get a prompt, friendly and professional response.
Would 1000% recommend ordering from this site. Always My first go to site!!

Not Worth It

I would put zero if I could. First time ordering from this place. I ordered a beautiful cape for Christmas and after it did not turn up for 2 weeks I thought I would email, no response after a week, emailed again, no response. Their customer service does not exist.

Not only was I £30 down but I was without a product with no clue where it was.

Luckily I bought it with my Monzo which I am disputing the payment through however, 2 months on style hub have declined this dispute so the bank has submitted this again as there is enough evidence. Meaning I don’t get the product nor my money. But the good news is, I now know someone actually works there and they just didn’t fancy answering my emails.

The company is a scam, which is a shame because some of the products are fabulous.

I also cannot see any charge backs on our account for a cape around Christmas time. Unfortunately we do not have the power to just “decline” a claim, each claim there needs to be evidence submitted and it’s down to the bank to decided.

You have also said that you know someone that works at the business and advised we like to ignore emails. That’s very strange as it’s just myself and my sister working at the business & this is defiantly not true. As the owners we get back to all emails within 24-48 hours so I would love to speak to you and get more information regarding all this. Please do get in contact with us.
