I was a bit nervous about this purchase as I only read the reviews after I had already placed the order.

Really happy with my purchase. Lovely coat, good quality and delivered on time.

I ordered an item and it’s never come till this day it’s a scam don’t order from them

AVOID. I ordered my daughter a coat. The coat arrived & fitted but after a day of wearing the coat the press stud button on the coat ripped off when opening it. I contacted customer service but they ignored me. I contacted them on another 2 occasions but i was totally ignored.
The Customer service is shocking, I won’t be buying from them again, I’ll stick to buying from a reputable retailer in the future.

After reading the awful reviews I almost didn’t order, but i really liked the gilet I saw & decided to take the gamble.

I’m SO glad that I did! Tracking information was provided the day after ordering & my item arrived after 4-5 days.

Amazing quality & just like the photo, I love it! Give these guys a chance x

Ordered size 8 puffer coat, waited a week for delivery. Instead theyvsent a size 8. Sent back straightaway along with an email to ensure size 10 was held.
Five days later I receive a refund and when I check size 10 is out of stock.
Contacted company immediately only to be met by an extremely patronising agent.
I would never recommend buying from this company.... Terrible service

Poor quality product, even worse customer service!

Bought a coat from there and within two weeks the hood off the coat had broken. Reported it to the customer care team who offered me a £3.50 return (the coat was nearly £80 in the sale). I pushed back on this to which she confirmed she couldnt help any further and no returns / replacements can be given. The coat has been worn a handful of times!

Do not buy from here!!!!

Genuinely coming from someone who writes truthful reviews. Having read through the bad ones I was shocked but still ordered & my coat came extremely quick, and it’s honestly a beautiful coat. Over the moon with it. Not sure why there’s so many negative reviews ?

I ordered a £65 pound coat for my missus coat never arrived at my address got left at the bottom of my block no note no leaflet I spoke to styled up told them what happened they was extremely rude in there response to my email told me the GPS said it got delivered I told them I wasn't a liar or a thief and if they could send out another as I don't have £65 pound to just lose like that they said they are not sending out another coat or giving me a refund and they are closing the case I never heard anything back from them so I lost the coat and my £65 pounds

Really not sure how they have received all these negative reviews. Jacket arrived today and I’m in love. Quick delivery very happy with my purchase. Will defo shop again

I recently ordered a long gillete with fur hood i didnt check the reveiws till after i ordered because i fell in love with the product as soon as i saw it and got over excited and ordered the reviews made me very nervous but i got my gillete 3 days after i ordered and omg it is amazing good quality the sizes they recommended are spot on looks expensive i will definetly order again

Do nothing, won’t answer a email and won’t refund. Stay well away. Worse company iv ever used

Received a coat for my bday arrived damaged buttons missing and broken off very cheaply made I wouldn't recommend at all coats are low quality

Customer service staff are SO rude stating I can’t read. Ordered an item in error and asked to be refunded before it was shipped. Wish I’d read the reviews first before ordering. Glad I went through PayPal. Never again!!

Ordered a lounge set 5th september, rang the bank to get my money as hadnt received anything and thought i’d been scammed. Parcel actually arrived 10th October. Theyve sent three tshirts for a lounge set with no bottoms? Will post it back but will never ever from this site again.

We paid For 2 coats it cost us £144.
But 'Styledup.com' Only Posted Us 1 Coat
We have lost £72.
We are so upset.
Shame we never read the very negative reviews before using this company.

Purchased body warmer it came and 2 of the poppers were broken. Only been refunded for bodywarmer and not the postage which I think Is wrong when they have sent me out an item that is faulty. Would not use again

came in under a week, perfect condition was honestly terrified after reading the reviews but very happy with my coat xxx

I placed an order the money has been took out my bank and my order hasn’t gone through gross never ordering from here again

Coat i purchased had a tear and was told to return and they never refunded me for my coat or postage. Company is a fraud
