Wish I’d checked reviews before ordering from this sham company. Ordered a coat and after one week of wearing, the material started fraying. The material looked much better quality online. Tried to get refund or exchange, wouldn’t help as out the 14 days. They took no ownership that the issue was their fault. No exchange, no refund offered. When I asked to make a complaint, they have no complaints dept, they started ignoring my emails. Even logged complaint resolver and they still ignoring me.

Do not buy from this company they take your money and do not send the goods. They blame Royal Mail for losing it and then say it’s Royal Mail who should pay refund.

The clothing I received was OK quality, sizes were way off, goods returned three weeks later still waiting on a refund, absolutely ridiculous customer service, would I recommend, definitely NOT

Absolutely terrible, I think this is a scam company. Several emails have been sent due to item not being received after almost 2 and a half months on a next day delivery item. I already died from the cold. Does anyone know how to complain about this company transnational? Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

If I could give zero stars I would. Wrong item sent, made me return the item first and pay for the return instead of sending me the correct item I needed urgently for a gift. Still haven’t received full refund i was promised and its been 2 months. Looking at previous reviews i am not the only one. Think twice before giving this company your business

Terrible company, avoid!
Ordered two gilets in December, one was faulty, I couldn’t even try it on, and the other not suitable.
They promised via email to refund in full, on return, including return postage (£9 approx)
I have had to fight to get the refund, finally received after two months, and my emails are now being ignored in relation to the postage cost refund.
Worst company I’ve dealt with in a long time!

absolutely rubbish of a company. My girlfriend ordered a coat witch they sent completely wrong coat we sent that back 2 months ago still waiting on an answer via several emails.

Awful customer service and awful quality items. I ordered the gilet and after 3 wears (less than an hour each time) the material has completely started to fall apart. It is a clear manufacturing problem but due to it being "past the 14 day return" they "strictly" will not do anything about it.
The quality of their items is as bad as their customer service.

I also wish I'd never ordered from this company. I bought two coats on separate occasions, both didn't fit. Still waiting on a refund for both of them 40-50 days on. I am getting no response at all. It's a lot of money to not receive back.

Not even worth 1 star. I ordered on 6th January 2023- took 10 days to arrive. Sent items back on on 20th January for a refund & still NO REFUND after 33 days. Emailed Styled up, to which they avoided giving any straight answers, even though I could provide proof of postage. AVOID THIS COMPANY BY ALL MEANS. THIEVES!!!! Only positive reviews are from those who do not require a refund! They will keep your money & your goods if you do send items back. I am going through my bank to try & claim my money back. This company needs shutting down!

I wouldn’t even rate this company 1 star, shocking customer service! Returned an item more than 35 days ago, emailed numerous times to be told the refund will be with me in 30 days, still no refund. I have now contacted my bank to get involved and will never be purchasing from this website again!!!

Wouldn't even give this one star....same as all below, got a coat, too big...sent it back, got all proofs of return....to be told today it was sent back damaged. It was not, tbf it was a nice coat...just too big. So now they are saying no refund and I have no coat. I am now in the process of trying to get my money back from the bank, I wish I read the reviews beforehand. This company needs to be shut down ASAP!!

Quick delivery- I paid 24hr next day delivery and ordered real fur puff jacket with belt, size 10 and size 12 two days after, as I wasn’t sure if it’s the right size it’s always good to try two sizes. The real fur is sooo lovely, but I have a problem with long sleeves, I can’t buy a jackets that suits me well in chest and waist and also length of sleeves. Sizing with this company is a big shame for me, size 10 was fitted in chest and hips but sleeves were too short (loved the look) and hood looked amazing, size 12 was good in length of sleeves but overall jacket was too big. Filling is synthetic so don’t expect feathers or something, the items were great for the price they selling. Cool look. I returned both jackets but only because of its fit, and refund was processed within few days after they received the items. I would order again, pls bare in mind you pay for return as it state on their website under Return policy. Overall I had a good experience with this company!!! Thank you

I bought a coat in December 2022. The coat didn't fit, so I sent it back with all the paperwork asked for in the returns policy. I have been in contact with this company, and it seems as though they have lost my parcel and no refund.Absolutely shocking company to deal with.Never will I buy from this site again!!

Do not buy from this company, accept return but don’t refund!!!. I ordered a coat size 8 when it came it was more like a 12 so I returned it. I paid £6 for the return signed for. Good job I did pay the extra because trying to get a refund from them was ridiculous!. Parcel was delivered to them signed for and picture of delivery, they tell me they have 1000s of returns to get through so when it is processed I’ll get a refund. I asked plenty of times what time frame am I looking at for getting a refund. 2 weeks after they received my parcel they finally answer the question after multiple emails with them dodging the question. Maybe 30 working days they will process my return! With proof of delivery I got bank involved and they got my refund. I honestly believe if I didn’t get bank involved and I waited the 30 working days they still wouldn’t of refunded me. Awful company do not buy! Sizing is wrong and trying to get a refund is impossible.

Ordered a coat on Wednesday came today so only took 4 days when I paid extra for 5/7 working days. Then looked at all the bad reviews so was worried but came and it’s perfect don’t know what all the bad reviews are about so had to come and put a good review will be ordering again!

I’ve been emailing them many times and I had no answer at all! I’ve sent back the item more then a month ago and they still haven’t refunded me?!

Sent my item for a. Return as was too big this company recieved my item on 6th January and I haven’t heard anything from them

This is got to be the worst company i have ever ordered from in my entire life! When I placed my order initially I accidently ordered two of the same jacket to be told that i cannot cancel it and will have to wait till it comes to return it. i did not receive any confirmation email with a order number or anything which concerned me, after this I reached out to styled up who told me they do not have a order with my email address which scared me as £72 was taken from my bank account. After this, she finally found my order but it took about a week and a half to arrive ( bare in mind i paid extra for next day delivery) finally it arrived. The jackets were tiny ! they were size medium but were not medium more like extra small ! I obviously set out to return them right away! their returns process is a big mess! they make you write the returns label and then tell you to write a invoice with your order no and address so they can associate with your order ( it was no made clear i had to do this) they dont give you this information inside the parcel, rather you have to research this to find out anyway i did not know i had to do this so did not . Then the lady told me they cannot refund me because i did not do this, so they cant locate my parcel. This is despite me showing proof it was returned with my tracking number, ( plus my order can not be hard to find since it is two jackets (duplicate order) they also take 30 day to process a refund in whih most people will prob forget about the refund all togethe.. utterly ridicilous i have lost my money now NEVER ORDER FROM HERE !!!! THEIVESS....
