I have been using styled by Susie services for a number of years now and they never disappoint.
My friend and I enjoyed a power hour each in Bristol with Kim. Kim challenged us both with trying new things, was super friendly, super encouraging and it was a really fun way of spending some time with a friend.
We both came away with some new ideas and a big smile on our faces.

I booked a style session for my daughter and me for her birthday. Fiona was fabulous. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. We both loved the session. The organisation and communications ahead of the session were also very good. We also both received a brilliant pdf after the session with our colour palette and tips and advice on what to wear also considering our body shape.
Would definitely recommend.

This was my second time shopping with Kim. The first time was a power hour which was great but we had two hours together this time which was even better. Kim is so good at pulling you out of your comfort zone and being honest when you put items on about whether they right for you - length, fit and overall appearance. I came away with a bag full of colour!

I had an amazing power hours experience in Bristol with Kim. Kim found some things I wouldn’t have picked. I needed a spring/summer capsule wardrobe to take me from day to night and the confidence to wear it. Kim is the loveliest person who made me feel at ease, whilst being professional and giving sound advice. A shop is a great investment as I won’t be picking up random pieces for one off occasions. This is my 2nd personal shop with Fi and the great thing about working with her is that she remembers what I purchased last year and was able to fill out the gaps fabulously. She was able to provide me with alternative ideas of how to mix and match items to get the most out of my wardrobe as well as build out a true capsule wardrobe. I was able to come out with some great staple pieces. Fi makes you feel at ease when shopping and gently pushes the boundaries to make you excited about shopping again. I don’t think this will be my last shop with Fi and I look forward to shopping with her again.

I can’t recommend Styled by Susie highly enough. I’ve been using her services for the past four years, and every single interaction has been nothing short of amazing. Susie and her team have an incredible ability to really understand your style while gently encouraging you to step beyond it.

Most recently, I had an online capsule wardrobe session, and it completely transformed how I feel about my clothes. Susie pushed me out of my comfort zone in the best possible way, introducing pieces I never would have chosen for myself—but absolutely adore. I genuinely feel like a million dollars when I get dressed now.

I’m feeling totally reinvigorated by my wardrobe and actually excited about putting outfits together again. If you’re even slightly considering it, just go for it—you won’t regret it.

Amazing personal shop with Susie - my first one was 8 years ago. Susie spotted so many lovely things, things I wouldn’t have picked out. Am delighted with my purchases. Susie is such a lovely person to spend time with, so warm, friendly and kind. Would highly recommend a personal shop (and colour analysis, online shop, glasses analysis and bra fitting with Rosie).

I’ve been following Susie since the dark days of COVID. I’ve always loved the honesty of her stories and how she always supports women - so I was really excited to meet her (it was a bit of a fan girl moment if I’m honest). She’s even lovelier in person, instantly put my nervous energy at ease and was so easy to get along with. She got my style, bringing pieces together with accessories and we picked so many lovely pieces. What’s even better is that the pieces we bought also go so well together in my existing wardrobe. 100% recommend an in person shop

I arranged a personal shopping trip with Kim at the end of February; I thought I would wait to share the full experience, almost a month on from what was a fantastic shopping day. The day itself was great; Kim got me immediately and she managed to find pieces I hadn’t even noticed. My overall objective was to be more strategic about my shopping, have an effective capsule wardrobe from day to night, casual to smart. The proof in the pudding of course almost a month on is how effective was the haul and is the capsule wardrobe working?! Absolutely it is, it has made life so much easier, my wardrobe works for me not against me and I’ve had so many compliments on the various variations of outfits, I’m putting pieces together I would never have considered. Now keen to book in a follow up for the spring / summer wardrobe!! I would definitely recommend Kim and the team at Styled by Susie!

I have to admit I’m a bit of a Styled by Susie addict. Since 2022 I’ve had a colour and style analysis, a 3-hour personal shop, and several online sessions including wardrobe, glasses and makeup analysis. Over the last three years I’ve also enjoyed a Power Hour in Edinburgh.

Every stylist I’ve met has been friendly, supportive and incredibly helpful – it really feels like shopping with your best friend. Each experience has left me feeling more confident and positive about my style. As a plus-size customer, I’ve always come away from every shop with great pieces that truly work for me. It’s honestly one of the best investments you can make in yourself.

This is the second personal shop I’ve had with Susie and it was simply fantastic. She is a joy to be with, she makes you feel so comfortable and has the Midas touch when it comes to finding you the right clothes. I would definitely recommend her to anyone thinking of doing a personal shop, you won’t regret it.

I knew a lot about myself with shapes and colours but I wanted everything so I could see if I am correct. I was correct, but it’s lovely to see it all down in the same place. Fi was wonderful and very complementary, she was also very positive about everything. Yay! I am going to recommend them everyone!

I have been using SBS for the last 5 years or so and I have found it to be the hugest confidence boost each time. I have just done a wardrobe declutter and styling session with Fi and it is the most joyful experience. Fi is so warm and friendly, whilst being completely professional and inspiring. It is so easy to book in with Zoe and the website is easy to navigate. I also subscribe to their Patreon articles which is a great place to get ideas for fashion and styling.

I recently received my makeup analysis, created for me by the wonderful Belinda. I was so impressed by how much detail was included, I’m still working my way through it! Her advice on skincare was clear and easy to understand. The makeup advice is invaluable and I am going to have so much fun trying different techniques and products. The products I have purchased so far have been amazing and feel so good on my skin and suit me perfectly. I can’t wait to go shopping and purchase some more of her recommendations. I booked a colour analysis for my daughter’s 12th birthday, and it was the best gift! We went shopping that weekend to find her season colours - so much fun!
The real 'aha!' moment came a few weeks later when she was prescribed glasses. Instead of feeling overwhelmed, she picked her new frames in record time because she knew exactly which shades complemented her skin tone. It’s a practical, confidence-boosting skill she’ll have for life. Highly recommend for a unique teen gift!

Exactly what every woman needs!

I recently had a Style Call with the gorgeous Susie to talk through some new ideas for my style, and get a bit of inspiration for my 2026 wardrobe, and Susie smashed it out of the park!

I was so excited to catch up with her, and it honestly felt like having a chat with a good friend. Susie remembered so many little details about me from our shop last year, and from my posts on the SBS Facebook group, which was so touching.

Together, we discussed several ideas for how I could elevate my current look, and I was so impressed with how skilfully and mindfully Susie helped me to articulate my style goals. She kept me and my ideas at the forefront of the discussion, and sprinkled her creative magic to come up with some awesome looks including suggestions for how to use some items I already have.

I am so glad that I discovered SBS. I’ve used several SBS services in the past, and I will keep doing so as I know SBS is always rooting for me, and without doubt, all of the stylists want the very very best for each client 💕

Susie is LOVELY she made me (quite an anxious person) feel really at ease and as if I was chatting with a friend. She has boosted my self esteem and given me a sense of why I could never feel like I suited what I wore! She explains everything brilliantly and I honestly would 100% recommend her to anyone who is looking at speaking with a stylist!
