although I’ve bought 75 T-shirts on the site when dealing with their customer service so horrible experience you get a generic response and if you escalate to harsher words they blockyou . no telephone Communication Service they won’t respond to written correspondence just very poor customer service .I dealt with stussy for years got to know their other customer service team nice people the way they ran their department. the customer service team was 100% different and this is four or five years ago. if you have a problem, you can send the T-shirt back.they may refund your money if not, you take it off your credit card and then their block you if you hassle the customer service people they won’t respond to any written correspondence. worst
customer assistance I’ve ever dealt with. I sent a letter with a copy of all the purchases I made on their site which is somewhere between 75 and 80. I asked them to call me because I was having a problem with my credit card. Somehow I got blocked and then because I raised my voice to customer service people blocked me what a nightmare.

Extremely disappointed in the customer service of Stussy. I made a big order of €500 and wanted to return everything except for a t-shirt. I used the return service via loop returns and payed 7€ for the return label. I have proof that I sent my package and that it was delivered, however they say that it was not received by the return department and they will not pay my money back. I have sent several emails asking them to help me, however all I get is that they wont issue a refund and that I have to contact my bank if I want to escalate it further. I called the bank and they cannot do anything for me. Extremely bad service!!!!

I ordered a shirt and I have to say it is such good quality.

Additionally, costumer service is great and very responsive. I wrote them an email about my order confirmation and my man Aurora for Stussy Support responded instantly.

Modtog en t-shirt, den var desværre for lille. Sendte den retur 24-05-2024, efter utallige henvendelser har jeg stadig INTET hørt. Er bange for de 350 kr. er tabt! Skod firma!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I've ordered somthing on Stüssy, sizes were not right so I've returned few of the items to receive my money back. I used their " free return label ". BPOST has lost my parcel and Stussy refuse to refund me and either to help me. I've been emailed them several times, explain that they have to reach out BPOST and open a claim. They just refuse to do it and to either help me in another way. I've just lost my money. So frustrating. NEVER AGAIN. Horrible service.

Heb al 5 berichten en 3 mails gestuurd en geen enkel antwoord.
Bedrag is van mijn visa gegaan en nooit bestel bevestiging gekregen.
Nu al 3 weken aan het wachten. Verzendcode gekregen en pakket blijkt niet te bestaan.

Have purchased several items, order #1398433. Stussy has taken the money from my account, than they told me the order qas canceled and I shoud be reimbursed in a 3-4 business days but money never came back. Very disappointed with service. If I don’t get money back will never buy again with them.

Ti tolgono dal conto più soldi di quanto hai speso.
E come sorpresa finale ti arrivano a casa un paio di occhiali fake non ordinati da 1€.
Mandato mail per il reso ma ovviamente non risponde nessuno.
Super veloci a prendere i soldi, più di quelli dovuti ma assenti nelle risposte.

Una truffa vergognosa su quale ti fa pagare per i vestiti e ti arrivano solo un paio di occhiali da sole che sono anche fake…non cadete in questa truffa fate qualcosa per farli smettere di imbrogliare la gente normale

Artikelen geretourneerd, pakket ligt bij PostNL of is al afgeleverd bij de firma na 17 dagen nog steeds geen geld terug. Na contact gehad met PostNL geven ze aan dat Stussy contact moet opnemen met PostNL om een onderzoek te starten, echter doet de webshop helemaal NIETS. Bestel hier NIET want het zijn DIEVEN als er iets mis gaat. Negeren je vraag volledig en ondernemen geen enkele actie als er iets mis gaat. Slechtste ervaring met een webwinkel OOIT, dit zijn een stel zware amateurs. WEES SLIM, BESTEL HIER NOOIT!!!!!

Acquisto una felpa, ma ricevo un paio di occhiali dalla Cina taroccati e di pessima fattura, li contatto via email ma non rispondono, veri truffatori fate attenzione. Ho chiamato la polizia per segnalare l'accaduto, ma riferiscono che c'è poco da fare, mi resta solo striscia, comunque il sito è sempre aperto continuando a truffare la gente. fate attenzione

scrivo questa recensione non tanto per valutare stüssy in se, ogni appassionato di vestiti sa della grandezza di questo brand, ma del servizio per la consegna, UPS FA SCHIFO, corrieri peggiori che esistano ma di misura, mai trovato così tanto male con nessun altro corriere. capi che spesso non arrivano e se sei fortunato arrivano con giorni e giorni di ritardo. ottimo sito e ottima qualità dai capi ma su rovina tutta l esperienza con il servizio alla consegna. spero passino al più presto a gls o bartolini... o qualunque altra basta che non siano questi incompetenti vergognosi di UPS.

Verder is er nog een poging gedaan van dat bedrijf om nog een keer €150 af te schrijven. Dit is gelukkig af gewezen via de bank.
Heb hierna gelijk de creditcard geblokkeerd en een nieuwe aangevraagd . Dit gaat makkelijk via de bank.

Stussy.com is niet in de handen van Stussy zelf maar in de handen van Chinese scammers. Stussy is tot vandaag de dag enkel te koop bij ofwel de Stussy winkel in Amsterdam ofwel lokale partners.
