Thank you for the very quick response and delivery of the correct shoes! I love them, they feel great I’ll probably have to add an arch cushion as I do have a high arch. I ordered the Vanilla Voyagers - I love love them! Thank you - I’d recommend to anyone looking for a fun comfortable shoe - I’m 64 year and may order a different color.

I placed my order and my credit card was charged on Mar 22nd. I received an email to track shipping but every time I checked it did not show movement. I sent an email 6 weeks in asking about my order. They agreed payment was taken but it was flagged in there system as a draft order. Apologized and said they were sending out product. 9 days later the shoes were received. Sadly they do not fit and company will not refund because shoes were on sale-$40 off.
Super disappointed in the wait and the return policy. Customer service to rectify purchase originally was notable.

After not hearing about my shipment I emailed company. That same day I received response that they had found order but it had missed it . Things happen and technology fails but the customer service was incredible ! They admitted to error and fixed it asap. Due to the minor mishap the shoes were shipped shortly after and a few weeks later than I had originally expected but I can wholeheartedly say it was worth the wait! The shoes are fabulous and the communication I received was top notch! Keep up the great work groovy glides

I had a small issue with a shoe I just received and contacted them. Del reached out and more than compensated.

My shoes are soooooooo flipping cute. And super comfortable. Even if you didn't have wide feet, they are just like air on your foot.. All of my friends are already asking where to get them!

They say I didn't get shoes from them !! Yes I did
They are denying my complaint !! The shoes are extremely overpriced !! You can buy the same shoes from various other websites !!!
I'm still very upset about their response !!! I don't trust this vendor !

I ordered my shoes in late March. I received an email saying that I would hear about my order soon. Unfortunately I heard nothing, so I emailed them. I got instant reply from one of their customer service teams, that told me that she had looked into it and found my order had gone into the pending box. She apologise profusely and put a rush on my order. My shoes arrived yesterday after only eight days. I absolutely love my shoes and was amazed by the quality. They were exactly as advertised. So much so that I have bought myself another pair in a different style. I can’t wait for them to arrive.

Customer service was top notch. I had a problem with the order and after an email to them, they were very quick to respond. Love the quality of the shoe. I am a hairdresser of 54 years and have always bought $400 shoes. Lately they have been hurting my feet so I decided to try Groovy Glides. Love the colors and I'll wear anything that makes me stand out in the crowd. So after wearing these shoes with extra toe room, my feet are happy once again. I will be ordering more. Keep coming out with new prints like underwater or ocean print.

This will be my third pair of shoes from Stublestuff, and it has made a world of difference in managing the neuropathy in my left foot. For some reason ordering this pair slipped between the cracks and didn't arrive. When I contacted the company, the customer service was terrific; they answered quickly, figured out why my order was missing and fixed the problem. I can't recommend them enough, and the shoes are stylish, too.

I ordered the Cheetah Charmers. They are so fun, exactly what I wanted. I had a glitch with my order. When I reached out to Del he responded immediately (really). We got this figured out and my Cheetah's arrived within days. I love all the FUN patterns of Groovey Glides. ❤️ supporting small businesses. CHEERS

A few weeks ago I sent a follow-up email regarding my order. I received a prompt response from your customer service agent. I was so happy to hear that they were able to find out what happened that delayed the shipment ...

Well. I just want to let you know that I have now received my shoes and bag and I love them!!! My shoes are funky and I get lots of compliments ... I work retail so you know I showed them off and the bag is adorable as well.  

Working in the customer service industry is tough.  Customers can make us or break us. Many complain but seldom do they say "thank you". So this is my thank you to you Groovy Glides!  I would love to see your shoes in my store, I'd be pushing them daily!

Absolute garbage company. Was billed $143 for a pair of shoes I ordered over a month ago have sent multiple emails and no response. Do NOT deal with these crooks. Don’t let their cute shoes lure you in.

I saw their cute/funky walking shoes and ordered a pair for an upcoming trip. Using the shop app, you can see when labels are created, shipping/tracking etc. I have never ordered from this company. I decided to write a note and say I was excited to receive my shoes and hoped that I would get them before my trip (coming in 2.5 weeks). I received a cancellation and refund notice. I wrote them back to ask why? I was disappointed and really was looking forward to these shoes. The response I received as rude. I was told that I had not read the documents. Circled in red was that orders would be processed in 2-5 days. And they responded that they would not rush my order (I never asked them to!) because of my upcoming trip! And that I was BANNED from ever ordering from them again. Sheesh!!!
