I have used studio 2 am quite a bit and have been very happy with them until my last purchase. The download link to access the product did not come through. I debated with their not so helpful help bot for some time that eventually told me to contact their support email and they'd resend the link. I have now sent 5 emails and it has been 7 days and I have not had any contact from studio 2 am other than adverts/spam emails and requests to review their products. So here is an honest review.

Some of the products I purchased from you guys didn’t work as advertised. I contacted customer care and didn’t hear anything for weeks. I mean, I got an automated email that said you’d be on it within a few business days, then silence for weeks. I wrote in again, same story.

Finally, out of nowhere, you just refunded my money. No email, no update, no explanations. While I do appreciate the refund, I hope that you take a moment to consider that your customer service really, really sucks.

Studio 2am delivers quality effects, textures, and fonts, BUT the site isn't friendly to repeat buyers (i.e. products that X has already purchased should show as already purchased when X is browsing them).

I also think that people who have purchased a significant amount of Studio 2am's assets (as I have) should be given some sort of VIP status where they get a few freebies, additional discounts, etc.

Too many review emails

number of emails is just sick, seriously what the hell?! damn spam platform nothing else, and the funny thing is that i didn’t even signed for that

The link doesnt work and I needed to send a email asking for product.

Checkout process is a little clunky compared to large competitors, but the products are top notch. Can 100% Recommend
