Promised a salary, I had a start date, I started, I worked hard and now, on a very beautiful January afternoon, I am still waiting to be paid for work completed in March 2025.
Please don’t trust this company as a consumer. As a former staff member it’s unbelievable that they are yet to pay their own staffers. Messages have gone ignored and the owner, does not care. Please avoid at all costs.
This company is a complete scam. The Director owns this alongside UK Job Hunters. You would pay for services and nothing happens. They don't make any job applications rather they update your dashboard and you would think they are making applications.
I paid for their services in September and after consistent follow-up, I discovered that the Director made use of profile of my profile to experiment on how his staff could update dashboards to seem as if genuine job applications were done but they are all lies.
I am a very good professional in my field. I make personal applications and get interviews. I only wanted to fasten the process.
I reached out to the Director for refunds and for over 6 weeks, he refused to refund my money.
I am doing this to help others not to fall into their trap. Ignore all promises he is making, they are all lies. Do not pay for anything.
Note: I have genuine proof to my claim.
I paid full payment in May 2025 for their job search service, but the support I received was extremely poor and did not meet the expectations they promised. After realising the service wasn’t effective, I requested a refund. They agreed in writing to give me a partial refund of £375, but despite more than two months of waiting and numerous follow-up emails, I still haven’t received my money.
Each time I contacted them, I was given vague responses about “internal processes” and “escalations,” but never a clear refund date or proof of payment. It’s now been over three months since I paid, and their communication has completely stopped.
This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before paying this company — they are not transparent, and their customer service is unresponsive once they have your money.
