Best of Spain
Maria from Student Flights Prahran put together a brilliant package built around Intrepid's Best of Spain package. She gave us multiple options for flights, was very attentive and responsive to our enquiries, always same day response which keeps confidence high. I would recommend her to anyone travelling.

my review is for Nathan Taylor, manager at SF hornsby.
Nathan helped my partner and I after a travel agent outside of Student Flights ruined our trip last minute, we were going to celebrate my partners 21st birthday and had no time to spare, we went in and saw Nathan, he was attentive, extremely informative, very knowledgeable about our destination with loads of personal experience there which was reassuring, my Girlfriend is a nervous flier / holidayer (if that's a word) and his knowledge was a comforting sigh of relief.
he was interested in our needs, and more of a consultant and adviser as opposed to just a middle man to book a trip, he helped us plan to cater our needs, in the space of 1.5 hours we had all international flights + domestic transfers booked, we had GREAT accommodation booked, all extremely close to subway stations and centrally located will definitely be going back to him and recommending him to friends and family.

Always willing to help
We requiredurgent tickets to the UK due to a family illness, Matthew and Anthony we very helpful. I travel on a regular basis and Anthony has always assisted me with everything I need for a successful trip.

Great service and kind people. Needed a little more information on a few things.
Everything went smoothly. The service was great. Enjoyed my holiday. There was a few details about the Top Deck Tour that I booked that I would have liked to know about though e.g- there is a Top Deck app which I had no idea about until people on my tour told me about it after a few days into the tour.

Great Service!!!
Very happy with the team and service. We had to cancel some flights and the team sorted the issues out and negotiated with the airline on our behalf.
Won't hesitate to book through them again and have already recommended them to all our friends.

Great attention to details
Having Hilary, at Casuarina Student Flights, help organize insurance for my niece and travel for myself and my family is a fantastic experience. Her attention to detail is second to none in my experience. She ensures that I get the best flights for my needs and takes into consideration the little things that make a good trip a fantastic trip. Will book again!

Best Service
When I missed my flight in Kuala Lumpur, I was stuck at the airport. Due to Clarissa's (University Melbourne - Student Flight) help, I was able to get on another flight the same day. Best help and service I have ever experienced! I only recommend it!!

Great service plus delightful staff equals a pleasant experience
I have booked three holidays through Student Flights this year for bot h domestic and overseas travel. All of the agents I have dealt with have been extremely helpful and pleasant and have shown must patience and understanding with regards to the many decisions and changes that we have made.
