Worst worst even for electronic transcript 10$ fee money grabbing scam.

WOEFULLY inadequate. Poorly constructed phone-call system. Unable to deal with any special needs or circumstances with international governments requesting degree verification. COMPLETELY inept and unhelpful. Stuck in their inadequate systems without the ability to think critically or creatively to help students stuck in unusual situations. This place is a DISGRACE to all the universities who have chosen to use it.

Terrible company

Sent my transcript to the wrong address, even though I definitely submitted the correct one on my order. Customer service is terrible and downright rude. What sucks is that they have a monopoly on the transcript game and that shows in their complete lack of customer service. I'd give this company less than one star if I could. This also isn't the first time I've had issues with them. If I had any other alternatives, I would NEVER use this company again.

I placed an order for a transcript to a university I was applying to and it was delivered on the same day which I’m grateful for. I also emailed customer service and they got back to me within 30 minutes. Super happy about that!

Placed order on Thursday April 11, no action until Monday April 15. Why four days to deal with an electronic order? No way to contact anyone. Transcript allegedly mailed on 15th, it's now the 23rd and it still hasn't arrived. Very poor service and communication in this day and age.

Horrible website - I've used several times and each time it has NOT worked
* after payment went back to home screen. No notice if the card went through or if the order was made
* no customer service
* twice I tried several name spellings etc and received nothing from NSC each time even though the candidates provided me with copies of degrees - maybe they forged them - doesn't seem likely
* website developers skill level is probably 1 on a 10 point scale

This website is overzealous in payment verification. If one error in inputting a card number is made all attempts to re-order are denied (indefinitely?) even when payment method is changed. This is incredibly inconvenient as they are the only source of transcripts for many colleges.
