Although it was easy to book an…
Although it was easy to book an apartment, the customer service is AWFUL. Why in the world do you guys have a number on your site that isn't reachable. One of the most unprofessional, idiotic things I have seen. Remove it or add a working number. You clearly have enough time to create your little posts for social media everyday, but cant respond to paying customers? Okay then.
All you responses to negative comments are "WeRe So SoRrY fOr YoUr FrUsTrAtIoN", like genuinely just shut up. It's so inauthentic, you clearly could care less about clients.
Would be a wonderful site if their customer service reps could be in check. Whatever they're getting paid is way too much. Would only understand if this is a volunteer position of some kind.

Great experience
I am from Ecuador and I needed a student dormitory for my university studies in Poland. Uniplaces helped me in the process. Suzi answered my questions regarding the payment method and assisted me when needed.

Suzi has been great in staying in touch and responding to messages. Professional and helpful and called me back which means they are available to speak to.
It would be more helpful if there is a direct number to speak to customer services 24hrs as international students are in different time zones. I was unable to get through to anyone on the global number provided.
Overall good experience, still waiting for application outcome!

Solved doubts
I had many doubts and questions at the beginning, but a very kind and helpful representative named Suzi assisted me. She answered everything quickly, clearly, and in a very organized way.
I’m still waiting for a response from the property owner, but without Suzi’s support, the whole process would have been much more difficult. I’m truly grateful for her help!

A truly exceptional and stress-free experience
I will be looking for accommodation in a tight one-month period and I am feeling anxious about whether I can find a suitable place. Olivia Sun is simply my savior. I listed my requirements (budget, location, facilities) for her and she not only did her best but also sent me a large number of listings that had been strictly screened and fully met my requirements.
The best part is her proactive communication. When the property I was interested in suddenly became unavailable, she immediately contacted the accommodation agency, gave a clear explanation, and had already prepared two other good houses. She made the whole process quick, easy, and unexpectedly pleasant.
I truly feel well taken care of and without hesitation, I recommend her to anyone.
