This company is a fraud company. They are associated with shadow fax. I ordered prepaid of ₹3300 worth products, but the company is not ready to take any accountability whatsoever delivery date was supposed to be 20 but today when I called them to ask for delivery addresses, they were unable to provide me the addresses of the delivery office when I took the matters to my hand and eventually checked out all of the delivery addresses and visited them personally. I found that these company doesn’t exist. None of their offices exist in my locality, and when I asked more extensively, I got to know this is the company which scammed many people and ran away overnight. I am surprised that Paras is coming the entire India maybe 10% of his product gets received by people, but rest 90% is being scammed. If this company doesn’t give me my money back. I will definitely take it to court and I will post it everywhere on social media.
I ordered fermented rice hair range from Studd Muffyn on 28th Dec'25, today its 6th Jan'26, still todayI have not got my order, everyday I receive 1 mail from them saying that your order pickup rescheduled, I tried to contact their customer support even they are helping out they are saying we cannot track your order from here. Mine is prepaid order, which clearly demonstrate that they are running a scam, took the money and now not giving the product, don't trust the brand and the person so called Paras.
Deeply Disappointed – Misleading Offer & Disrespectful Policies
I’m extremely disappointed with Studd Muffyn. I ordered the Raw Pyrite Geode Stone after seeing an Instagram ad that clearly mentioned a free Selenite Crystal Recharging Plate. That offer was the only reason I made the purchase.
To my surprise, the free item was missing. When I reached out, the support team casually pointed to their fine print, saying because I used a coupon code, the free gift was automatically removed — something that was never mentioned clearly at checkout.
Worse, they’re now hiding behind terms like:
“We reserve the right to update or replace them without prior notice.”
This kind of vague, one-sided policy makes it easy for them to change offers as they wish without informing the customer, and it feels deeply unfair and unethical.
I tried contacting them on WhatsApp multiple times and got no proper response. Finally, when they did reply, it was robotic and unhelpful, pointing me to terms and conditions instead of trying to solve the issue.
I feel misled, unheard, and cheated as a customer. This experience has ruined my trust in the brand. If this is how Studd Muffyn treats its customers, I will never be ordering again — and I strongly urge others to think twice.
Transparency, honesty, and customer support matter – and unfortunately, this brand has failed in all three.
