Sent a broken item took three days to get a label ,then they tell a lot lies to paypal to make you suffer for a refund then paypal saw through them and got my money back,they like taking your Money but they don't like giving it back,so be very careful if you get a broken prop from this company, pay with PayPal or you will regret buying from them they are disrespectful people. My wife got Diagnose with cancer but They still made me wait regardless of what I was going through. I would sooner pay extra money to buy from a better company. Than go through this again

Great customer service. I definitely have to give these guys 5 stars. Firstly, my order arrived quickly.
Secondly, the item was faulty so I sent an e-mail with a photo and they came back really quickly and sent a replacement immediately which arrived in good time.
Thirdly, as I had sent a detailed photo of the problem they were happy for me to dispose of the faulty item.

Very quick to respond to my email about delivery as after I had ordered the item was a bit worried I might not received in time. Delivery was super quick and items as expected

Huge warning on these guys. Returned an item, Royal Mail put a sticker on the outer plastic packaging and they’re trying to charge me £25 for ruining the item because apparantly each singular plastic bag they use costs £25…Honestly, joke of a business. Steer well clear. Product was incorrectly sized and bad quality too, so all round horrendous.
