I’ve been going to StrongFit since before they rebranded years ago. If it weren’t for Jim, my muscles and physical health would be in terrible shape, and I’d probably be reliant on pain medication.

Jim is absolutely incredible. I have been going to Jim since 2021 and go once a month and try to never miss a day. If scheduling conflicts come up Jim is always happy to work with me to re-arrange to accommodate. As for the actual massage work, anytime I am broken, I feel significantly better afterwards. Anytime I have to travel for work, I feel so much better getting on the table within a few days of my return. Jim really is fantastic and would and do recommend him to all of my friends and others looking for work done.

I've had 2 Deep Tissue Massage appointments with Jim so far and can honestly say it's the best massage I've ever had. I workout several times a week and have decided that I will definitely be getting massages on a regular basis.
