Kompetente und freundliche Beratung in Basel
Ich fühle mich bei Strike Advisory in Basel sehr gut aufgehoben. Die Betreuung von Anfang an war aufmerksam und freundlich. Herr Burger nimmt sich wirklich Zeit, hört zu und bringt gute Ideen ins Spiel. Ich schätze besonders, wie klar und verständlich er Dinge erklärt, auch wenn man nicht in jeder Fachmaterie drin ist.

Mauvaise expérience
Nous avons les avons choisis car il y avait un conseiller sur place en Valais. Après le premier rdv et s'être venté qu'ils étaient les meilleures et qu'il n'y avait pas de souci avec notre situation, le dossier a été transféré a une junior à Lausanne sans nous en informer. Nous avons donc du nous rendre à Lausanne pour le 2ème rdv. Au final il n'ont réussi a trouver qu'une seule banque qui était d'accord de nous financer car nous allions changer de travail. Nous avons donc fait une demande de notre côté à la Postfinance qui nous a proposé des taux meilleurs ce qui nous a permis de faire baisser les taux de la banque proposée par Strike. Nous avons donc du faire leur travail.
Beaucoup d'informations qu'ils nous ont transmis n'étaient également pas correct et nous avons du joindre la banque plusieurs fois directement pour avoir les vraies infos. Au final nous avons eu plus de travail en passant par Strike que si nous avions regardé seul. Aucune plus value.
Si vous avez une situation facile peut-être l'expérience sera meilleures. Et pour les 3ème piliers en assurance vie demandez un avis extérieur avant de signer avec eux et soyez sur de comprendre à 100% ce qui est proposé.

Ich bin bisher sehr zufrieden mit Strike und Herrn Burger. Auch wenn ich aktuell noch keine passende Liegenschaft gefunden habe, liegt dies ganz klar an meinen hohen Anforderungen – nicht am Service. Die Beratung ist durchweg professionell, persönlich und sehr engagiert. Herr Burger nimmt sich viel Zeit für meine Fragen und geht individuell auf meine Situation ein. Besonders schätze ich die offene und ehrliche Kommunikation sowie die schnelle Reaktion auf Rückmeldungen.
Für mich ist klar: Sobald die richtige Immobilie gefunden ist, werde ich diese über Herrn Burger von Strike abwickeln. Empfehlung für alle, die einen verlässlichen Partner bei der Immobilienfinanzierung in der Schweiz suchen.

WARNING Scam or Incompetent
I don't know if Strike is a scam or the consultants are "just" absolutely incompetent.
All communications that where sent from Strike to banks or insurances were significantly wrong and needed to be corrected by us which caused big issues. So we needed to do all the paperwork ourselves twice. On top of that they only offer the products where they make the most money. Even when asking for a specific product I got the answer that I should care about it myself they don't pay enough.
In the end we lost a lot money by working with Strike, but of course it was less than braking the notary contract. That is what they use to put pressure on the clients. Delaying everything so you have no other choice than excepting the bad product they make the most money with.
Please don't work with them!
