Don't buy a limited or collector's edition from them
In April 2024, I pre-ordered Last Labyrinth from this company. In October 2024, they emailed this:
"Last Labyrinth Limited Edition for PlayStation 5 is now available and shipping—just in time for Halloween!"
The limited edition of the game was allegedly sent out, but the special limited edition I ordered never came to my mailbox.
I reached out about the game in October 2025. Tobias Koch from their company said this:
"Thank you for your message! We sincerely apologize that you haven’t received your game yet.
At this time, we unfortunately don’t have a confirmed release date for Last Labyrinth - Special Limited Edition (PS5) yet. However, please rest assured that this title won’t be forgotten — our team is fully committed to releasing and shipping the game as soon as possible."
I reached out again in November 2025. Tobias Koch replied with the same message.
I reached out February 2026 for an update and received the same message.
In October 2025, Tobias Koch said that they would refund me if I wanted. This time, when they replied to my February 2026 email, I decided to opt for the refund.
The video game, Last Labyrinth, previously appeared on their manufacturing updates and it has since disappeared. It has not reappeared, despite their promises to eventually make good on the deal.
The regular version of the PS5 game was featured on their website and was also on Amazon. It was limited to 666 copies worldwide. They are now sold out and are expensive on the aftermarket.
The special edition I bought was limited to 333 copies worldwide. The special edition has a "making of" Blu-ray, the game itself, a special box, an art book, a poster, and some cards in it.
I wanted the game. I should have bought the regular version of it when I saw it on Amazon. At least Amazon had the product in stock, or it would have been simple to get a refund if they didn't.
I'm not in business, but I can't believe the world of video game pre-orders has been delayed so greatly because of art cards, art books, soundtracks, or posters.
Pre order nightmare
To cut a long story short, I pre order games using PayPal and they take years to release them, not months, years. I'm currently waiting for 3 pre orders, but 2 of the games have been merged into one. They sent me an email explaining that I was to receive a refund within a few days, that didn't happen, I emailed them and the reply didn't explain my complaint. When you use PayPal, you only have 6 months to claim your money back, so waiting 2 years or whatever is far from ideal. Sometimes the release date will show just 2025 or March 2025 as an example, but that usually changes and the next minute, you're still waiting months or years later. When you add games to your wish list, they go missing, so you have to keep adding them, but they go missing again. Best to order when the game is being shipped, but that means you have to keep an eye on their website regularly. Avoid.

I pre ordered 2 games, they've now merged them onto one disc/card (you could say it's now 1 game), I requested a refund as there's only 1 game, but they've cancelled the whole order. A pre order nightmare most definitely.

A refund has been issued and the game that was cancelled is still on track, but has been delayed again.

J’ai acheté plusieurs jeux en stock chez Strictly Limited et ils ont toujours été expédiés assez rapidement et emballés convenablement. Lors de ma dernière commande chez eux comportant Steel Empire Chronicles version simple et collector PS4 ; lorsque j’ai ouvert l’édition simple malheureusement il y’avait deux petits défauts sur le CD (mais qui n’empêchaient pas le fonctionnement du jeu).
J’ai contacté le service client de chez Strictly et je peux vous dire que celui-ci a été au top. Ils m’ont renvoyé un exemplaire neuf (sans me demander de renvoyer l’ancien) et m’ont offert en plus deux autocollants de jeux vidéo et un bon de réduction de 10€. Franchement, encore merci à Strictly pour son sérieux, clairement au top sur ce coup.
J’enlève une étoile car lorsque j’ai acheté Irem Collection volume 1 sur PS4, il y’a eu un patch à installer. Ce qui est vraiment dommage, car les consommateurs aimeraient avoir la version définitive sur le CD sur tous les jeux (comme à l’époque PS2/Gamecube/Xbox/Dreamcast).

Attention le service client est inexistant, ca fait 2 mois que je bataille pour annuler quelques commande (préco en 2023) et le service client m'ignore totalement, société à éviter.
Missing items from Collectors edition
Ordered 2x space invaders invincible collections and each one was missing some of the advertised items. Customer support have ignored me 3 times. Luckily I got them through Amazon so I am able to return them easily. Avoid this company.

Waited over a month for an order to ship, didn't answer me when I asked about if it was shipping 3 different times. Non-existent service, took my money and didn't ship anything. As bad as it gets.
Update:
Just to be clear this is for two IN STOCK items not a pre-order. They finally managed to reply to me on October 8th, two months after the order was made (August 10th) to say that there was some "technical issue" that caused the delay and that also that there were delays to the U.S. due to "customs regulations". Ok, fine some explanation. Not sure why it took them two months to send me an email but ok they answered.
Two additional months later, December 16th I get the "an item is on its way" email.
I'll give you two stars since you actually shipped what I paid for but needless to say the experience was awful. Just communicate with your customers, let them know there is a problem and why and give them the option to cancel or decide to wait, is that really so hard for you?

Agree with the reviews awful customer service and make excuses for not processing refunds when you wish to cancel - do not place pre-orders with this website unless you are happy to wait years and have no issues not getting a refund when you try to cancel

Fan for many years now
I have ordered in stock items, and have pre ordered games, some have arrived, and some are yet to come.
Communication has been fair to good and getting a refund was fine.
Games do take a while (waiting on 2 from 2023) Parasol Stars should be September and Rainbow Cotton is still unknown.
Depending on what and when you ordered your experience will differ. I have bought the surprise boxes both years and got some extra bits thrown in.
There collectors editions are high quality and now they are not doubling up so much with the same games as ININ then I am hopeful for the future.

Ce sont des voleurs, j'ai commandé un jeu en septembre 2023, nous sommes le 29 avril 2025, je n'ai toujours rien reçu. Le statut de la commande n'en fini pas de bouger..
Aucune réponse quand on les contacte, si ce n'est qu'ils ne peuvent annuler votre commande ni vous rembourser car votre commande est toujours en cours de production.... En plus d'1 an et demi, ma commande a dû faire plusieurs fois le tour de la Terre.... A éviter !!!

I strongly advise against purchasing or pre-ordering any games from this company. They are scammers! All their five-star reviews seem to be fake, likely written by themselves. I pre-ordered a game back in 2023, and they still haven't sent it to me. Worse yet, they are refusing to cancel my order or refund my money.

Game Delayed for over a Year!
I ordered Shadow of the Ninja: Reborn in 2023. It is now April 1st 2025. I don't think I really need to explain anything else. The expected shipping date was delayed repeatedly, and now they haven't even bothered stating any reason why. Do not order games from this company: Super Rare Games, Limited Run Games, Play Asia and ANY other game service are infinitely better.
