Avevo lasciato due recensioni negative sul loro sito per due prodotti, fasce polsi e fasce stacco che non mi hanno minimamente soddisfatto e magicamente non le hanno pubblicate.
Facile avere sul proprio sito solo recensioni positive, le negative le cancellate. Siete imbarazzanti!!

2 Sandsäcke gekauft und nicht mal ein Jahr alt.
Beide sind innen kaputt gerissen.
Eine Erstattung der Ware gibt es leider nicht, ebenso taucht meine schlechte Bewertung nicht in deren Produktbewertungen auf.

Through the whole process, though time consuming and frustrating, their customer service was very responsive and tried to help, and was able to give a discount and a voucher for all the trouble. For this reason, I changed the rating to 5.

I ordered a Heavy Duty Squat Stand back in April. I received the package in May as expected. However they sent two right-sided feet, meaning the rack sides could not be connected, making the rack unusable. Also the vertical/upright bars are very unstable and easily rock back and forth.

I sent them emails, photos and videos. They promised to send the missing foot and new upright bars which should be stable.

After 3 months and a lot of emails from me, asking for updates, a new pair of upright bars finally arrived... Fixing absolutely nothing! The bars are still unstable and rock back and forth, and I have still not received the missing foot, making the rack unusable.

To add insult to injury, I see on their website they have lowered the price from €346.63 to €296.99 for the rack.

What a complete waste of money and time!

Ware, die als "auf Lager" angezeigt wird, ist auch wirklich auf Lager und wird dementsprechend zügig geliefert!

Done business with them for nearly 4 years and am overall pretty happy with both the products and the service. Shipping varies but big bulk orders usually come with a discount if you ask for it. Their shop caters both to high end and more budget conscious customers. For instance expensive (overpriced really) Texas power bars and ZKC bars vs their own two-tier line where the new 2.0 Riot line and the powerlifting bars are very well priced compared to the other competitors.

Dopo avermi inviato un modello di scarpe diverso da quanto ordinato, mi dicono che per ricevere il modello corretto la merce dovrà arrivare prima nella loro sede.

Bought 1000€ gear in July 2020 and I had a good experience. I looked back to buy additional stuffs lately in Jan 2021 but I noticed that the shipment cost was higher than my expectation and that the coupon code that I used the previous time was expired.
They had good prices but without the discount code and with the shipment fee high I chose to buy somewhere else.
In detail, I was looking for a couple of 25kg bumper, which are sold 3€/kg. Shipmente for 50 kg was about 55 euro towards Italy. In July 2020 I had delivery 300+ kg for 100 euro.
I asked via mail if they had another valid discount code and to ask if was just a mine impression that delivery costs were higher than before, the reply stated : "Thanks a lot for getting in touch with us. Unfortunately the discount code "vichingo" has expired but no worries, there will be some special discounts for future orders soon." This was on 4th Jan, let's see their special discounts.

I will take strengthshop in consideration for my next orders.

update: I would like to add that the communication with strengthshop team is excellent. They always have addressed my questions by email or over the socials promptly and clearly.

regarding the shipment fees they claim that the shipping costs gets, proportionally, lower as the weights increases. Therefore, buying 300kg of gear could result as an slightly higher shipping costs when compared to just 50kg. I fully understand that, but this does not seem to be completely true. For my case shipping the plates as single would have result as a slightly lower shipping costs than shipping both together.

Despite this little discussion I would recommend to anyone to buy strengthshop gear. They are simply grand.

Gute Auswahl an Langhanteln, Power Racks und Hantelscheiben. Bei Lieferproblemen in der Weihnachtszeit war das Team sehr hilfsbereit und hat sich ins Zeug gelegt, damit meine Bestellungen möglichst schnell angekommen sind. Da redet man noch mit Menschen statt mit automatischen Email Antworten.

Bin langjähriger Kunde bei Strengthshop Europe und von der Produktpalette überzeugt - es gibt hier haltbare Ware für jeden Geldbeutel. Speziell der immer vorbildliche und unkomplizierte Kundenservice und die im Wettbewerb meist schnellsten Lieferzeiten sind hier besonders positiv zu erwähnen.

Ich habe pünktlich zum Lockdown-light eine Langhantel + Gewichte beim Strengthshop bestellt. Der Versand ging überraschend schnell, jedoch ist die Langhantel vom Zusteller nicht korrekt ausgeliefert worden und verschwunden.... der Support hat extrem schnell auf meine Nachfrage, ob sie das Paket genauer tracken können als ich, reagiert und meine Erwartungen übertroffen, da sofort ein Ersatz losgeschickt wurde, welcher heute eingetroffen ist.

Ich bin restlos begeistert und freue mich schon trotz der geschlossenen Gyms weiterackern zu können.

Damit haben die Jungs und Mädels mein Herz definitiv höher schlagen lassen und einen neuen Kunden für sich gewonnen - lasst euch also nicht von den wenigen Bewertungen abschrecken!

Kulanter sehr freundlicher Kundenservice.
Es ging ein bisschen drunter und drüber mit den Bestellungen und dem Versanddeswegen 1 Stern Abzug, ist wohl auch Corona geschuldet. Es wurde aber alles sehr freundlich und adäquat gelöst.
Die neuen Competition Maces sind gegenüber den normalen etwas länger und schöner in der Griffverarbeitung :)
