Very good service, very fast as well.

Recently I purchased a belt from Strength Shop and only used it a few times. Just yesterday I noticed that there is a small tear on one side so I sent them a video of the issue as I wasn't sure if this was a mistake on my part that I didn't notice.

Even though they believed that it might be just a small user error / cosmetic damage and belt is safe to use, they still quickly sent me another one as replacement and it has already shipped today! Incredibly quick and user-centered customer service

I have purchased various items from Strength Shop over the past year or so. Unfortunately my most recent order arrived with the wrong belt. I contacted customer service and received a response very quickly. They have now arranged for a collection / delivery of the right belt on a day that suited me. Great customer service and communication. I will certainly continue using Strength Shop in the future.

They sent me a faulty item, I sent them some photos, they replaced the item with no questions asked. Fantastic service!

From the email correspondence before delivery to the detailed contact after delivery.
Everything was handled perfectly.
I have nothing but thanks to the store staff.
I'm also probably proud to be able to use Strength Shop products in Japan.
I'm looking forward to using the Hybrid Duffel Backpack when I travel.

Great customer service, great products

My parcel was not delivered, partially Royal Mail not leaving a delivery card and partially me not tracking the parcel.
The issue was picked up within 12 hours of me raising it and a replacement has already been shipped.
No hassle, no questions, completely stress free. Brilliant service.

High quality gear with excellent customer service. You’ll pay 3 times the price for SBD and in my opinion it’s not much better. I’ve bought loads of stuff from SS and it’s always been decent. Only had an issue once which was resolved the same day.

Had an issue with the buckle lever for a belt I'd just bought. Messaged Strength Shop and they immediately sent a replacement. Brilliant customer service.

Amazing customer service. Ordered a lever belt for my girlfriend. Emailed asking if I could have some spare screws for the lever. They responded to me same day and even posted them for free!

Katie M handled my support ticket for a damaged item incredibly quickly and efficiently (less than 10 minutes!). This is one of the reasons why I've always gotten any of my powerlifting gear from Strength Shop over the years. Cheers guys!

Ordered knee sleeves from their “Irish” website. But then I get notified that it’s coming from the UK and sure enough, have to pay customs to receive it.
When it arrived, it was too small (despite me following the sizes on their website and picking one size larger just in case)
So now my option for a return is send it back to the UK (and pay VAT again) and then wait for a replacement, (and pay VAT again) I’ll end up paying the same about in customs changes as the I paid for the knee sleeves.
They’ve commented on other replies here saying “it’s not their fault. It’s since post brexit.
We mention this in the website” but given the amount of comments, it’s not clearly labelled.
And in reality, it’s very disingenuous to have a .ie website for the Irish market, and be outside the EU, let alone Ireland.
Quality of the knee sleeves seemed fine, but their size guid isn’t accurate. But any Irish customer should ignore and make sure to buy from actual Irish suppliers.

I purchased some knee sleeves, but when they arrived there were way too tight. The Strength Shop soon sorted the problem and a slightly larger size arrived very quickly.

I've used Strength Shop a couple of times to buy a belt, knee sleeves, and a dip belt. All the products have been good quality at reasonable prices with quick delivery.

I used to buy cheaper equipment from stores like Amazon. Predictably, these items didn't last or provide much support. It's definitely worth paying a bit extra to buy a higher quality product.

Had an issue due to the delivery company.
It was handled professionally making it a low stress experience, the problem was rectified quickly and fully satisfactory.
On another note the items I purchased Squat stands, bench, barbell and weights are all the highest quality and competitively priced would recommend for anyone wanting solid dependable equipment from a reliable supplier.
I will be purchasing again in the future.

Great customer service. There was a slight issue with the weight belt that was sent but they quickly sent a replacement item. The weight belt I've bought is really good quality.

Ordered from strength shop.ie I paid shipping and vat at the checkout.

I then recieved an email claiming I now needed to pay ups more shipping and more vat. As the item was coming from the UK.
Again I ordered from an Irish website. I paid shipping and vat already.

They claim this I sent to you. As I explained yes it's sent after you make a purchase not beforehand.

So I'd ordering from Ireland be aware you actually ordering from the UK. My order was 260 euro and the extra fees they where looking was just shy of 100 euro.

I will be ordering from strengh shop again the customer service team are excellent and the item I bought is first class.
