I ordered a shirt and paid £19.99 for next-day delivery before 12pm, but two days later I was told it would not arrive until the following day, after I needed it.

The AI chat support was extremely unhelpful, and the phone support also appeared to be automated. I was told that the delivery timeframe is clearly stated as “next day once the item has been printed”, but this information was not shown on the purchase page. I checked again after the call and still could not find it.

Despite failing to provide the delivery service I paid for, they refused to offer a refund. I would have accepted a refund for the delivery charge alone, but they would not even do that.

Very poor customer service. Avoid and support a local business instead.

This is about the 6th or 7th tshirt that I have had printed at streetshirts. The quality of the prints that I have had done has been excellent and after a year of washing the first one I had done is still excellent no cracking of the print. The latest one is my best yet. The speed of service and delivery is first class. My go to tshirt printers, 5 stars

Commande de 3 tee shirts passée le le 20/07/26 et reçu e le 28/07/26 👍 Par contre les maillots sont trop grands 😒 La correspondance tour de poitrine /taille sur le site internet est fausse n'est pas bonne. La qualité des tee shirt ne semble pas exceptionnelle. On verra après quelques lavages.
