I order 2 pair of shorts on 06-10-2022 it is more than a month later and still have have not received them. Contacted them they were not helpful.

The website seems to be a little bit hard to follow. I had to place two orders because I thought I’d looked at everything but there was more. Also by the time I was finished I forgot to enter the coupon code, it should be offered at the end. Love the clothes so far.

Shipped to me in less then 20 minutes of ordering items

I ordered this shirt in July 2021. It was never delivered and returned, according to the post office. Last August of 2021, I called and asked for you to resend, but again, never received. I have called again and this time i received an email offering a coupon for the amount of the shirt, a total refund, or try sending the shirt. I still want my son to have it. After all, it is his birthday again. My complaint is I have not received anything updates on where the shirt is . Is it en route? Being made? Where is it coming from? What is its status? Please provide updates on the delays!

Excellent fabric and prints quality. The two t-shirts I ordered back in 2019 are still in good condition.
I wish some older printed t-shirts to be available, like the Chilling Cat t-shirt.

Easy to order online except despite selecting UK 🇬🇧 pricing it still totalled the price in US 🇺🇸 dollars !

This was ordered on the 6/05/2022 and we have not received the item yet. So I am very disappointed

This is why I hate to order things online. Going on 2 years and only some of my order showed up. Can't get a reply from anyone except an AI telling me not to reply to the email they sent!?

I haven't received my orders #147085 and #147196 they have taken over 2 months. There is no way it is taking so long considering we're in the same country.

Ordered a pair of pants about a year ago. I ended up wearing them as my only pants for about the last 3 months. Just ordered my second pair and was really happy with the price of the pants. Cant wait to have it delivered

ABSOLUTE TRASH!!! I've been trying to get ahold of these guys for months now. I bought some items, took almost 2 months to receive, okay quality but the jacket was too big so I wanted to exchange it for the smaller size. I have called and emailed countless times and they have never responded. I've tried everything to avoid having to leave such a scathing review, even reached out via Facebook. I'm so disappointed in this business. BUYER BEWARE!!!
