Customer service is excellent and the programming has everything I could ever want. I purchased 2 years; I love it.

This app is amazing, the tech support behind it are great. The price you cannot go wrong with based on how many channels you actually get. I currently am running the app on 5 different devices and have had zero issues with any of them. If there is any issue, the team is quick to answer and quick to fix it.

I have been experiencing playback issues on some channels and received zero support from their team. They kept on saying i’m on their wait list for weeks. They have poor customer service.

I read some of the reviews and complaints that many customers and former customers posted, and thought I would give StreamQ TV a test by entering into the 24-hour trial.

No doubt about it, they have a wealth of content if you have a preference for 150 countries, 35,952 channels, 116,033 VOD movies, and 24,873 VOD TV series.

But anyone like me, whose primary language is English, doesn't need most of the content delivered from the 150 countries with foreign languages.

For some or many users, the performance may get a little sluggish, which I have noticed when going into the CatchUP TV category, EPG category, and Multi-Screen Live Channels, it takes each of those categories about 2 minutes to load all that content.

I used the IPTV Smarters Pro app on my Fire TV Stick 4K to test.

It was good of them to put all the US and UK categories with channels first, since I'm from the US. But I also prefer having all English-speaking countries together, which includes Canada, Australia, the Caribbean, Ireland, etc. If you are someone whose primary language is non-English or who has a secondary language, you have some scrolling and sorting to do.

You can search for channels/TV networks to add to your favorites, but again, you must weed through all the countries, channels, and VOD to find where, then find exactly what you are looking for to watch.

For me, I just don't need 1000s and 1000s of global channels and VODs that don't interest me. And I got annoyed when having to wait 2 minutes or more for all the CatchUp TV, EPG, or Multi-Screen channels to load.

Of course, with all that content, more non-working channels and VODs will be found. But to be fair, this is typical of all IPTV services.

For the channels I did test, they streamed quickly. VOD movies and TV series did well also, but there's no way I could test anywhere near the amount of content delivered.

Buffering can occur for some individuals do to all that content on the servers and subpar Internet connection speed. I'm not knocking StreamQ TV as I'm sure many individuals get thrilled having tons and tons of content at their fingertips.

I prefer CracklePop TV instead because of the subscription packages with pre-selected countries in them, which allow you to customize the content via Bouquets.

For instance...

CracklePop TV had 7 basic subscription packages:

1. All Countries TV/VOD
2. Americas Countries TV/VOD (North, Central, South)
3. Canada TV/VOD
4. English Countries TV/VOD (US, UK, CA, AU, etc.)
5. US Premium TV/VOD
6. USA-UK-CA TV/VOD
7. Mag Devices All Countries TV/VOD

NOTE: Adult content (optional)

If English is the primary language, then the English package, or USA-CAN-UK package will deliver more channels and VODs in English. When choosing a basic package, you can drill down to choose 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 device connections at one time, and choose a 1, 3, 6, or 12-month plan.

During registration, the Bouquets allow you to add/subtract countries, channels, and VODs. You can customize your playlist the way you want it.

I'm not going to make this a CracklePop TV review, but it's always best to compare to find the best service.

StreamsQ TV is great for multilingual individuals and those who get excited about having the most channels and VODs, which, for the most part, will never watch the vast majority of them. CracklePop TV helps you customize the content and narrow down only the content that interests you.

Been using streamq for probably about 2 years maybe more. Honestly, best service I've ever used. They are quick to respond, prices are fair and the service itself is fantastic. I don't miss any nhl games or fights, and the people have taken great care of me. I'll continue to use streamq for the foreseeable future.

I've been using the service for a few years now. Excellent customer support. I find them to be great. I rarely have any issues, but if I do, which i believe caused by my ISP, the support always comes to the rescue and fixes it quickly.

The best out there. I've tried many that always buffer. This one has never failed me. The customer service is second to none and I cannot fault them. 10/10 from me.
